With the rapid development of tennis sport in mass sports in recent years,the people’s need for improving tennis technology is growing,so as to put forward a requirement for the connection between social sports and college sports in primary and secondary schools.Through improving the teaching level and skills of tennis students specialized in tennis in colleges can we connect the preceding and improve the overall quality of tennis sport in our country.For tennis students majoring in physical education in colleges,efficient and reasonable training methods are effective means to shape their own tennis level.At present,in the tennis resistance training methods,there are few experimental intervention studies on unstable plane,but according to the conclusion of the role of domestic and foreign scholars on unstable plane training,This training mode can significantly improve the motor control ability of the trainer,which coincides with the tennis.In the process of hitting the ball,not only rely on the strength of the arm,but more importantly,the coordination of the whole body.Therefore,by designing experimental methods of unstable resistance training and traditional waist and abdomen strength training for the experimental group and the control group respectively,this study explores the influence of two different training methods on the hitting effect of tennis students specialized in college physical education majors,and provides theoretical basis and practical value for future college tennis system scientific training.Before the experiment,this study uses the literature method to conduct thesis reading and searching,uses the Delphi method to select the experimental scheme,and uses the experimental method and mathematical statistics to analyze and summarize the experimental results.Ten tennis students majoring in physical education in East China Normal University were selected as the experimental objects through the pre-test.The ten students with no significant difference after the pre-test were divided into the experimental group and the control group.The test indicators were collected before and after the experiment,and the Instability Resistance Training and traditional waist strength training were adopted.The index of tennis hitting effect is forehand and backhand hitting depth,forehand and backhand volley depth,forehand and backhand hitting accuracy,serve accuracy and hitting stability.All test indexes were statistically processed and analyzed by SPSS23.0,and the experimental results were statistically analyzed.The significance level of test indexes of the experimental results was set as0.05 and 0.01.After 12 weeks of intervention training,the following findings follow:(1)The experimental group has been significantly improved in all dimensions of physical fitness,while the control group has been significantly improved in core strength dimension,with little improvement in upper body strength,upper body explosive power,lower body strength and lower body explosive power dimension.This proves that compared with traditional waist and abdominal strength training,unstable resistance training can comprehensively improve subjects’ physical fitness.(2)The core strength of two groups have a very significant difference.This proves that compared with traditional waist and abdomen strength training,unstable resistance training is more effective in improving the core strength of college sports students specializing in tennis.(3)By comparing the two groups of subjects with the bar chart,it can be seen that the two groups have significant differences in the depth of forehand and backhand hitting,the depth of forehand volley and the stability of forehand and backhand hitting,as well as significant differences in the accuracy of forehand and backhand serving.This proves that compared with the traditional waist and abdomen strength training,the unstable resistance training is more effective in improving the tennis hitting of college sports majors. |
