Tennis is a sports project that requires a rapid response and coordination of the whole body in a short period of time.Executive function is a high-level cognitive function related to the unique to the human brain.More and more scholars at home and abroad have begun to study the impact of the execution function.Good research results have been achieved in psychological,intellectual obstacles,and acute aerobic exercises.There are more and more research on improving the implementation function through exercise intervention,but its application in the tennis field is less,and its mechanism still needs to be clear.Therefore,this study conducts teaching experiments through SAQ training to explore the effects of the effect and execution function on the bottom line of the bottom line.Research purpose: Investigate the impact of the 12-week SAQ training intervention on the effects of the full-handed play of tennis students’ bottom line,and the impact of this technology to improve the activation of the functional brain area.Experiment 1 test the bottom line of the bottom line before and after the experiment.Experiment 2 Taste the task paradigm based on behavioral suppression task paradigm FLANKER,and uses FNIRS to observe the degree of activation and behavioral indicators of the relevant brain areas before and after intervention.Provide experimental reference and theoretical basis for SAQ training to improve tennis player tennis technical level and execution function.Research methods: The main experimental method is mainly adopted,and 24 experimental objects are selected,divided into experimental group(n = 12)and the control group(n = 12).The experimental group adopted SAQ training,and the control group adopted traditional conventional sensitivity training.From the three dimensions of physical fitness(50 meters,standing long jumps and fan-shaped running),the bottom line hit the ball effect(accuracy and depth),and brain function(behavioral data and FNIRS brain electrical data),compare the test results Analysis,the cause of the results is obtained.Research results:(1)After 12 weeks of teaching experimental intervention,the three physical quality indicators of the experimental group(P <0.01)have statistically significant significant differences;the control group is 50 meters and fan-shaped running(P <0.05),Li Dingjiu(P < 0.01)There are also statistical significant differences.(2)After 12 weeks of teaching experimental intervention,there are statistically significant differences in statistical differences in the bottom line of the experimental group and the control group.(3)After 12 weeks of teaching experimental intervention,the behavior results indicator: the accuracy rate of the experimental group(P <0.01),the reaction(P <0.05)has statistically significant differences;the accuracy and reaction of the control group(P> 0.05)There is no statistically significant difference.(4)After 12 weeks of teaching experimental intervention,the FNIRS brain function results indicator: The trial group’s left back outer frontal frontal lobe(P <0.05)has statistically significant significant differences;there are no statistics in the eight brain areas of the control group(P> 0.05)There are significant differences in learning.Research conclusions:(1)SAQ training allows students to move quickly to the appropriate hit position,grasp the time of accurate hitting,and stabilize the ball to improve the level of tennis technology.(2)SAQ training improves the flexibility of the cerebral cortex.The faster the reaction and the higher the accuracy,the better the control ability.The Oxy-HB of the front frontal lobe of the left back of the experimental group has changed significantly,indicating that there is a correlation between the front frontal lobe of the left back and the SAQ training method to improve the ability to suppress control of tennis.(3)SAQ training is more comprehensive and flexible compared to traditional conventional sensitive training methods,which can improve the actual effect.
