| In the new era,the country and society have increasingly higher requirements for the level and quality of education.To promote the high-quality,high-level and modern development of education,the realization of educational balance and fairness is the key.Group schools are an effective measure to promote the balanced and high-quality development of education,and group schools are in the ascendant in various parts of the country.The fundamental task of education is to build morality and cultivate people,which puts forward requirements for high-quality education.At present,the hot spot in the field of education in my country is moral education,and it is how to improve the effectiveness of moral education.Therefore,the research on the integration of moral education is increasing.Based on the learning community theory and organizational learning theory,this research takes group schools as a characteristic field for studying the integration of moral education,and takes a typical education group as a research sample,trying to explore the practices,characteristics and models of group schools to promote the integration of moral education,to analyze the effectiveness and insufficiency of its integration measures,in order to provide suggestions for the integration of moral education in other group schools.This article is divided into five parts.The first part introduces the research background,research content and research value.The second part defines the core concepts of "group school","integration of moral education","learning community" and "organizational learning",and analyzes the existing research on the four parts of group school,integration of moral education,learning community and organizational learning The results are reviewed.The third part introduces the research method and implementation adopted by this research,and analyzes the selection and general situation of the research object.The fourth part is the focus of this article.This part analyzes the learning community mechanism and practice constructed by H Education Group for the integration of moral education,analyzes and evaluates the organizational learning effects of these integration measures,and forms the group school moral education integration interaction mode and path mode.The fifth part summarizes and reflects on the full text,and provides suggestions for the integration of moral education in other group schools.The main findings of this study are as follows:(1)The interactive mode of moral education integration of education groups: In the process of promoting the integration of moral education in the group schools established under the "university + school" model,there are three main bodies-university experts,front-line teachers and practical tutors.The interaction of these three main bodies reflects the characteristics of organizational learning and realizes integration: the interaction between university experts and front-line teachers promotes "resource circulation",the interaction between university experts and practical tutors promotes "cultural integration",and the interaction between front-line teachers and practical tutors Interaction facilitates "content sharing".(2)The interactive factors of moral education integration in education groups: Based on the interactive mode,the three major subjects interact in pairs to form a learning community,which produces the key factors of integration,namely "content","resources" and "culture".The interaction requirements of the three major factors Group schools are able to "adapt measures to local conditions","develop characteristics" and "radiate areas".(3)Moral education integration path of group schools: form a learning community within the group and promote the process of organizational learning.The main paths are divided into content integration,resource allocation integration,management mechanism integration,personnel integration and cultural identity. |
