With the rapid development of The Times, digital technology has changed people’s way of thinking in work, study and life.Adapting to the digital learning environment, efficiently collecting and managing digital learning resources, and having the ability to use digital technology critically and creatively are qualities that every digital citizen should have.In today’s educational environment, task driven teaching is one of the important contents of classroom teaching reform, which aims at core accomplishment. In the traditional task driven teaching model, there are no clear requirements for students to use to solve the task, which leads to the inevitable situation of emotional slack or "free riding" in the process of completing the task. However, the strategy of team-games-tournament can combine work cooperation and personal responsibility, and fully mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm through game competition.Guide students to actively participate in classroom task learning.Based on this research background, this study will use the task driven teaching model of team-games-tournament strategy optimization to conduct teaching design with the goal of promoting the cultivation of digital learning and innovative literacy, and evaluate its teaching application through quasi-experimental research method. This study firstly adopts the literature research method to review the research status of digital learning and innovation literacy, task driven teaching and team-games-tournament.This paper analyzes the existing problems of task driven teaching research and the training objectives, contents, dimensions and methods of digital learning and innovation, and analyzes the advantages of team game competition strategies in optimizing task driven teaching and cultivating students’ digital learning and innovation literacy.Starting from the problem, two dimensions of digital learning and innovation will be cultivated: individual and group, digital learning and digital innovation,in four ways: Communication based on collaboration, exploration based on search, creation based on work, and challenge based on project are integrated with team-games-tournament strategies to build a task driven teaching model of team-games-tournament strategy optimization with the goal of promoting the development of digital learning and innovative literacy. And from the five aspects of preparation before class, display task, implementation task, organization of competition, summary and evaluation of teaching application, the meaning of teaching mode is elaborated.Based on the design of teaching mode, teaching practice, teaching preparation, teaching process design; Finally, the quasi-experimental method was used to evaluate its teaching application. The digital learning and innovation level scale and students’ work scores were used as summative evaluation data, and the game competition score records were used as procedural evaluation data,so as to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the teaching model design. The results show that task driven teaching optimization research based on team-games-tournament strategy can indeed promote the cultivation of students’ digital learning and innovative literacy. The main results of this study are to optimize the task driven teaching model based on the strategy of team-games-tournament from the perspective of promoting the cultivation of digital learning and innovative literacy. This teaching model changes the focus of students’ learning, provides a design template for the optimization of task driven teaching in the future, and provides reference for the improvement of other teaching models.Promoting the application of team-games-tournament strategy in education and teaching, but also shows that the teaching model needs to be constantly optimized and updated with the development of The Times.
