The author using interviews, participant observation to collect the new information of foreigners integrating into the society. And then, the author who wanted to find the foreigners problems of social support network, cultural differences, language difficulties and so on, analyzing the situation of foreigners in economic, living, culture and psychology. Now there are three aspects which cause the problems. The first is that the outside people have different languages, culture and religion. The second is that the outside people have no interpersonal object in a new situation, which is far away from homeland. The third is that there is lack of community service. The less understand the foreigners know, the less chance the foreigners participate, the less belongingness the foreigners have.The author used the methods of case work and group work to find a way for promoting the foreigners adapt, according to the problems of the foreigners social adapting. The research based on the strengths perspective in the case work to social practice. It will start the program for 4 months. In the group work intervention, the author used reciprocity type to promote the crew. There have 10 overseas full-time wives in a group. By the activities of the foreigners’ Chinese love, Clay figurine cultural experience and so on, the aim is to make the foreigners join the activities, show themselves, know more about Chinese, which will let the foreigners adapt the social life. According to the six group activities and other Informal interactions, the team established a profound friendship, which will promote the foreigners adapt the society by the effect of the intervention.
