During the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,the development of vocational education is still entrusted with important responsibilities.As the most basic level of vocational education system-secondary vocational students,their learning level directly determines the quality of vocational education starting point.Therefore,it is urgent to explore the current situation of academic self-efficacy of secondary vocational students and explore ways to improve it.As a new branch of psychology,positive psychology emphasizes that people can overcome difficulties with their own positive qualities and potential.Therefore,it is practical to promote the improvement of academic self-efficacy of secondary vocational students from this perspective.Based on this background,from the perspective of positive psychology,the author uses the form of group work and semi-structured interview to carry out the practical research on "improving academic self-efficacy" of secondary vocational students and puts forward the optimization path.Before the group work,the author distributed questionnaires to 214 college students in G university and 198 vocational schools in H city,and carried out quantitative analysis.Then,8 secondary vocational students with low scores were selected as service objects to carry out the group work.The activity design follows the physical and mental development characteristics of secondary vocational students in this age group and meets the needs of this group.Seven group activities are designed,which are respectively "Know you,know me","Know myself","Great explosion of potential advantages","My mood is my master","Break cocoon into butterfly,have confidence","the power of example","My future is my master",with strong purpose and easy implementation.Determined to improve the group’s sense of academic self-efficacy,a more comprehensive and thorough understanding of the self,self discovery,find their own bright spot,the courage to face setbacks and difficulties.Based on the whole practical research,the author draws the following conclusions:there are gender differences in academic self-efficacy among secondary vocational students;In view of the improvement of academic efficacy of secondary vocational students,group work has a certain effect;We should focus on taking care of the emotional changes of secondary vocational students and do a good job in career education.On a macro level,the optimization of the path is mainly concluded as follows: primary integration--happy atmosphere influences people,internal drive induction--vocational education promotes education,external drive embedment--home-school cooperative cooperation.
