Education as a cause related to the destiny of the country and the nation,its role is irreplaceable,its mission is to promote the happiness of students.Secondary vocational education constitutes an important pillar of China’s vocational education and is one of the important ways to train technical personnel needed for economic development.The development of school education and teaching activities is based on the class.The quality of school running and the benign development of school education are directly related to the quality of class management.At present,the vast majority of domestic secondary vocational schools still adopt the traditional management model of homeroom teachers.The homeroom teachers treat students like the vast majority of educators in the world,just like doctors treat patients,and focus their attention on dealing with students’ various explicit or potential problems.Under the guidance of this education mode,students’ life satisfaction is generally low,and it also restricts the development of many positive functions of students themselves,ignoring the growth of students’ life.The current "pathological" secondary vocational class management affects the long-term development of the school,and is not conducive to educators to achieve the fundamental goal of "moral education".Under the guidance of the theory of positive psychology,educators should not only correct students’ mistakes and deficiencies in class management,but also look for students’ various positive forces,and study,expand and cultivate these positive forces,so as to promote a virtuous circle of class management.Therefore,under the theoretical guidance of positive psychology,in-depth research and discussion of class management strategies have important practical and theoretical significance.Based on the forefront of class teachers’ work in secondary vocational schools and combined with my own work practice,this study selected M secondary vocational school in Shantou City as the sample,guided by the theory of positive psychology,and tried to explore the strategy optimization of class management in secondary vocational schools.This article discusses from five parts.The first part is the introduction,which elaborates the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research review,research ideas and research methods of this topic.The second part defines the concepts related to this topic and expounds the related theories.The third part selects M secondary vocational school in Shantou City as the sample,through questionnaires and interviews to investigate the teachers and students of the school,to understand the current situation of secondary vocational class management,through data statistics and analysis,to summarize the survey results.The fourth part,from the perspective of positive psychology,finds out the problems existing in class management of secondary vocational schools and analyzes the reasons for the problems.The fifth part combined with my own work practice,under the guidance of the theory of positive psychology,targeted to put forward the class management optimization strategies in secondary vocational schools.
