| The identification of teachers’ ethics is a process in which teachers understand and accept the professional ethics requirements of the society on teachers based on their understanding of teachers’ ethics.At present,the party and the state attach great importance to the construction of teachers’ ethics,and the new era has given many new requirements to the teachers’ ethics.However,at present,there are still some teachers with identity hesitation,identity deviation,disconnection between cognition and behavior,and even identity absence in the aspect of teachers’ ethics identification,which,to a certain extent,reduces the level of teachers’ ethics of the whole team.Therefore,it is of important practical significance to improve the identification of teachers’ ethics and strengthen the research on the identification of teachers’ ethics of middle school teachers.This paper systematically combs and analyzes relevant research literature on moral identity and teacher ethics identity at home and abroad,elaborates related concepts of teacher ethics identity and the theoretical basis of the research,and on this basis investigates the status quo of teacher ethics identity of seven middle schools in Y city by using questionnaire survey and interview method.The research results show that the overall level of teacher ethics identification of middle school teachers is relatively high,but there are still many problems of teacher ethics identification of a few middle school teachers.There are many reasons for these identity difficulties.This paper analyzes the attribution of teacher ethics identification of middle school teachers from the individual level,the social level and the school level.From the perspective of individual teachers,there are a small number of teachers lack of moral standard learning,a few teachers lack professional identity and some teachers have job burnout.From the perspective of society,there is insufficient guidance of public opinion,insufficient social support and bad influence of social morality.From the school level,the main reason is the lack of effectiveness of teacher ethics education,lack of moral learning atmosphere and teacher ethics supervision,evaluation and reward and punishment mechanism is not effective.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the principles of improving middle school teachers’ moral identification in the new era,which mainly include the principles of the times,ideological principle,teacher-based principle and normative principle,etc.Finally,the paper puts forward the ways to strengthen the teachers’ moral identification in the new era.First,it is to strengthen the main body construction of teachers’ moral identification,including the active absorption of teachers’ moral requirements,enhance the internalization of teachers’ moral spirit and pay attention to the explicit practice of teacher’s moral behavior.The second is to strengthen the social construction of teacher ethics identification,mainly to create a correct atmosphere of public opinion,increase the social support which is conducive to improving the recognition of teachers’ ethics and reduce the influence of undesirable social practices.Finally,it is to strengthen the school construction of teacher ethics identification,mainly to strengthen the learning and publicity of teacher ethics requirements,create a good moral learning atmosphere and establish a scientific supervision,evaluation,reward and punishment mechanism for teachers’ ethics. |
