The advent of the information age has brought unprecedented changes to human social life.The Information Age calls for educational reform.“Online teach” and“Intelligent Education” have become the new tendencies of education in the future.This demands to foster the trial teaching model time forward because of the precipitated COVID-19 with a large-scale spread around the world in the blink of an eye.Under the influence of the epidemic situation,the Ministry of Education of our country put forward the goal of “Class suspension without suspension,class suspension without suspension”.During the epidemic period,online teaching plays an extraordinal channel for secondary vocational schools to cope with the crisis.However,the sudden large-scale online teaching has brought unprecedented challenges for the secondary vocational schools and experienced a variety of teaching and management problems.Around the research question and the research goal,this research adopts the questionnaire method and the interview method,it has collected 268 on-line questionnaires in G province two secondary vocational schools and carried on the detailed interview to 10 teachers.Based on the results of questionnaires and interviews,the paper analyzed the management by objectives,system,quality,teachers and students.It was found that the problems in the management of online teaching in secondary vocational schools include the uncertainty of the duration of online teaching,which led to the unclear goal of online teaching,all the linkages of teaching management have produced subversive changes,resulting in online teaching system can not be improved in time,online teaching network platform instability and other problems led to online teaching quality is out of standard.The lack of information literacy of teachers result in to the imprecision of learning,and the lack of self-control of students caused the poor efficiency of online learning.In view of the problems existing in the process of online teaching management in Secondary vocational schools,this study holds that the first problem to be solved is to strengthen the people-oriented management concept of school administrators and teachers;The second is the strategy of strengthening on-line management of school administrators and teachers;The third is the online management mode of optimizing combination of school administrators and teachers,and the last is the school administrators and teachers to strengthen the closed-loop management mechanism of the school.On the theoretical level,this research is an innovation to the entire quality management theory by strengthening the idea of people-oriented online closed-loop management and optimizing the management mode of omni-directional monitoring and evaluation.It can enrich the theory of on-line teaching management in secondary vocational schools and put forward various strategies for teachers’ on-line teaching management in secondary vocational schools from different angles in practice,which has not only a guiding role for teachers to carry out on-line teaching management,but also conducive to the normal development of online teaching.
