The Rumors Spread And Governed About COVID-19 Epidemic

In early 2020,the rumors about COVID-19 epidemic in China were important cases with rapid explosion,long duration,diverse content and wide social impact in recent years.At its peak,dozens of rumor posts were exposed on the Internet every day,which had caused many adverse effects on public psychology and social order.The current global COVID-19 epidemic is still stern.China has controlled the epidemic situation and continued to be in low-risk operation with correlation propagation returning to normal track.It is necessary to review and summarize the "information epidemic" situation to provide enlightenment and reference for public communication management in the post epidemic era.The "information epidemic" study mainly took quantitative methods to collect relevant rumor samples and analyzes the basic content,production,dissemination and management practice of epidemic rumors.The study found that there was a special motive force for the spread of epidemic rumors due to be short of public awareness and it has the positive function of " whistle for avoiding danger" and "placebo for anxiety".On the foundation of seizing the quantity,quality and degree about governance practice,this paper looks forward to the prospect of multiple "co-governance" about rumors in "post epidemic era".
