With the "Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)", "The State Council is currently developing a number of comments on pre-school education" was promulgated, once marginalized pre-school education by the central and local governments We attach great importance to the pre-school education into the category of public education. Early childhood development is a man of intelligence,character formation, a critical period Habits, good pre-school children will lay the foundation for future development or even a lifetime.Children's social work is one of the services in the field of social work and professional social work service concepts and skills can be the healthy growth of children left behind in rural areas play a significant role. This study is based on C Nayong County of Guizhou Province to investigate the background of the village, from the corresponding theoretical perspective, based on the practice of social work carried out to explore the effective casework intervention C village children left behind interpersonal problems the way. Through three children left behind in the village in Nayong County C different issues exist interpersonal communication aspects of the case were objects, carry case and intervention services, respectively. I mainly literature review, interviews, participant observation to collect relevant data and information to identify the presence of children left interpersonal problems, analyze the causes,further involvement of children left behind interpersonal communication problems,improve and create conditions conducive to staying children interpersonal environmental conditions to better consolidate and enhance the interpersonal skills of children left behind. In addition, case work in the service process advantages and disadvantages to timely summary and reflection, rural children left behind to intervene explore interpersonal problems for social workers to provide some specific help.
