This study is based on C Nayong County of Guizhou Province to investigate the background of the village, from the corresponding theoretical perspective, based on the practice of social work carried out to explore the effective casework intervention C village children left behind interpersonal problems the way. Through three children left behind in the village in Nayong County C different issues exist interpersonal communication aspects of the case were objects, carry case and intervention services, respectively. I mainly literature review, interviews, participant observation to collect relevant data and information to identify the presence of children left interpersonal problems, analyze the causes,further involvement of children left behind interpersonal communication problems,improve and create conditions conducive to staying children interpersonal environmental conditions to better consolidate and enhance the interpersonal skills of children left behind.
