| Left-behind child refers to a minor who is under 16 years of age when both parents go out to work or one side goes out to work and the other is incapable of guardianship.The communication between left-behind children and their parents has the characteristics of long-term discontinuity in time,distance in space,non-opposites in communication,and very low frequency of interaction,often neglecting the care of left-behind children.Unable to give the left-behind children enough psychological support,left-behind children’s peer contact is more important.In recent years,the Party and the government attach great importance to the problem of left-behind children in rural areas,social work to participate in rural left-behind children’s peer communication services,is to respond to the call of the state policy.In August,2018,the author participated in the project of poverty alleviation of social work education in the village of L.of Dafen,Suichuan.In the course of project implementation,the author conducted a "Share the sun.The Improvement of the Peer-to-Peer Communication Ability of the Left-behind Children group" by using the method of working group to serve the left-behind children in the village.The group dynamics is the pillar theory of the group work,and the team’s power is particularly important to the development process and the group goal of the peer-to-peer interaction group of the left-behind children in the rural areas.Based on the field-field theory,this study is based on the service process of the team of peer-to-peer communication capability of the left-behind children in the rural areas,and analyzes the dynamic characteristics,the contributing factors and the factors of each stage in the group.The impact to the group,for the future development of similar services to provide reference and reference.The results are as follows: firstly,in the initial stage of the group,the motivation of the group is initially formed,and its influencing factors mainly include the characteristics of the group members,the characteristics of the group,the characteristics of the team workers,the environment of the group and the rules of the group.The formation of group motivation promotes the basic achievement of the initial goals of the group,and provides guidance for the design adjustment of the group activities.Secondly,in the middle stage of the group,the motivation of the group is condensed,and the main factors are the group leadership,the group communication mode,the group cohesion,the setup of thegroup’s activities and the development of the sub-group.Group motivation under the action of the above factors,rural left-behind children’s interpersonal relationship in the group,self-understanding,treatment of problems,psychological defense and other aspects have been changed.Finally,at the end of the group phase,the group motivation is developed,which is influenced by the arrangement of activities and the transition of the role of the group worker.The development of the group motivation promotes the completion of the evaluation of the group activities and the smooth end of the group activities,which finally contributes to the implementation and development of the project in which the group works to enhance the peer communication ability of the left-behind children in the countryside.Finally,from the impact of the nature of the semi-open group on the motivation of the group,the professionalism and continuity of group work serving rural left-behind children,the ethical dilemmas faced in the process of group service and the ways to deal with it,Group work serves left-behind children in rural areas should consider their cultural environment and other dimensions to reflect on the particularity of group motivation in peer communication groups of rural left-behind children.In order to provide reference for the future work of children left behind in rural areas,the group work can serve the left-behind children in rural areas more effectively. |
