Anshan City, Basic Education, Human Resources Optimal Allocation Of Study

The human resources in education is the most important first resources in the resources in primary education .Study on the distribution of human resources in primary education is the most important signification. The human resources in primary education is the radical surety of healthy development of primary education .The present paper analyzes and discusses the present situations and existing problems in the distribution of human resources in primary education in AnShan City and the optimization of human resources in primary education. The paper is divided into three parts. The first part explains systematically the theory of human resources distribution in primary education. The second part evaluates objectively the present situation of human resources distribution in primary education, especially analyzes the problems in this regard .The third part gives some advice on how to optimize human resources distribution in order to promote the healthy development of education. That is ,to develop education mainly depends on educational institutions themselves.
