| Traditional endurance training methods can no longer meet the needs of modern basketball players,and their limitations are becoming more and more obvious.Functional physical training developed from the origin of the field of rehabilitation has extended many theories and cases in the endurance training of competitive sports after a large number of practical tests in Europe and the United States.Since 2008,functional physical training has been recognized by domestic competitive sports research scholars and coaches,and has been gradually extended to the domestic physical training field,which has had an important impact on theoretical and practical training methods.Although functional physical fitness training has been widely used in national and provincial professional sports teams,it has not been widely used in domestic universities and local youth sports bases.Therefore,to explore and implement new basketball physical training methods,especially for endurance quality training methods,and to introduce excellent foreign experience shows strong characteristics that meet the requirements of the development of the times.This research takes college sports basketball professional athletes as the research object,chooses the basic concept of functional physical fitness training,studies the endurance quality in basketball,and designs a reasonable experiment to find out the relationship between functional physical fitness training and basketball endurance quality.connection and model,providing an operational path for adding functional physical training to modern basketball.This study establishes a model to explore the influence of functional physical fitness training on the endurance quality of female basketball players of Jilin University through the methods of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics.In the experiment,we adjusted the training plan of the experimental group and introduced functional physical training content that meets the objective operating conditions.The control group used conventional physical training and strictly controlled the experiment.This study aimed to examine the specific effects of functional conditioning training.Research indicates:1.After one cycle of experimentation,the female basketball players in the experimental group were comparable to those in the control group in terms of three test items: 2 minutes of strong shooting from inside and outside the line,30 vertical jumps with both feet,and 3 times of full-court changing distance.Compared with the control group,there was a very significant difference in the other 2 test items,and there was a significant difference in comparison with the control group.2.After one cycle of experiment,compared with before the experiment,the female basketball players in the experimental group had very significant differences in all five test items.It shows that functional physical fitness training has a significant positive effect on the endurance quality of female basketball players.3.After one cycle of experiment,compared with before the experiment,the female basketball players in the control group had significant differences in the two test items of 2-minute intensity shooting inside and outside the line,and 30 vertical jumps with both feet.There were no significant differences among the 3 test items.4.Functional physical training is a necessary extension of conventional physical training.It has better adaptability to training scenarios,can meet the individual needs ofbasketball players,and has a far-reaching impact on athletes’ endurance quality.After 8 weeks of experimental intervention,it can be confirmed that functional physical training can significantly improve the endurance quality of female basketball players in Jilin University.Traditional routine physical training has limited improvement in the endurance quality of female basketball college students.There is a clear gap in functional fitness programs. |
