Functional fitness training was originally applied in medical rehabilitation field,the late gradually applied in athletic field,functional fitness training in recent years has been widely spread and development in our country,a lot of sports in our country has made a series of remarkable achievements,on the one hand,to help athletes improve the competitive level,on the other hand on the prevention of sports injury has made certain contribution.But functional fitness training mainly by the high level athletes as application object,the application of the students is unknown,so this study16 students as subjects,using experimental method is given priority to,the literature material law,expert interview method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,research methods,the functional physical training in the application of college students' physical training experiment research,analysis of the impact of its on college students' physical fitness,judge its application effect in college students' physical training,provide reference basis for subsequent physical training.Through the 10-week experiment,the data of physical fitness,FMS index and special performance index before and after the experiment were collected and sorted out,and the specific conclusions were as follows:1.After the experiment,the experimental group with functional training showed significant improvement in all aspects after passing the specific physical fitness test,with the focus on the following points: joint flexibility,core part control force,movement speed,field movement speed and explosive force,cardiopulmonary endurance,upper and lower limb strength.2.After the experiment,the traditional training methods of the control group,after by special physical quality test,the effect is relatively poor,with traditional physical training method,big muscle absolute power in a single joint promotioneffect is relatively obvious,mainly shown as the following: upper lumbar muscles strength,cardiopulmonary endurance,lower limbs strength.3.After the end of the experiment,from the perspective of practice,the physical quality of the women's basketball players in qinghai normal university has been improved.However,according to the experimental results,there is a significant difference between the two groups after the experiment(P<0.05),indicating that the improvement of the experimental group is significantly better than that of the control group.4.At the end of the experiment,the score of FMS(functional action screening)test index was calculated.Through the FMS(functional movement screening)test,it can be found that both the experimental group and the control group have improved,but there is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),which indicates that the effect of functional physical training is more obvious.Functional training has a significant effect on the physical stability,core control force,multi-joint coordination ability and symmetry of the female basketball players of qinghai normal university.5.Functional training focuses on the training of complete movement chain in an unstable state,which is conducive to improving the technical level on the one hand and the prevention of sports injury on the other hand.In comparison,traditional physical training pays more attention to the training of large muscle groups of one joint and lacks the activation of small deep muscle groups.6.Functional training has diversified training methods and means,flexible load control,etc.,which can reduce the boredom of training,improve the enthusiasm of practitioners,and contribute to the improvement of training effect.7.To sum up,functional training and traditional physical training have their own advantages.Through this experiment,it can be confirmed that compared with traditional physical training methods,functional training is more consistent with the characteristics of qinghai normal university women's basketball team,which is fast,agile and changeable.The demand of special physical quality,the directivity of training and the prevention of injuries in sports also meet the development requirements of modern women's basketball.It also lays a good foundation for thewomen's basketball team of qinghai normal university to have higher quality training,higher intensity confrontation and more intense competition in the future.
