With the change and development of society,the family structure is gradually simplifide and miniaturization,parenting concept has also changed dramatically.The special group of full-time mothers has also increased,facing many difficulties.After returning to the family,full-time mothers are trapped in simple and mechanized housework,parent-child conflicts and family conflicts occur frequently,the communication with the society decreases,and the social support network faces many challenges.This makes them feel low,lack of self-confidence,produce continuous pressure and helplessness,irritable,restless negative emotions can not be solved for a long time.Formed a negative self-awareness,produce a strong psychological conflict,causing continuous psychological discomfort.Therefore,full-time mother group urgently need the intervention of social workers to alleviate the psychological adjustment problems facing.This study uses the practical framework of advantage perspective,and adopts the case work method to develop social work intervention service.In the early stage of the study,with the support of interviews,scales and observations,it was learned that the psychological adjustment problems of full-time mothers was mainly reflected in the reduction of positive emotions,the obstruction of self-pursuit activities,the continuous deterioration of interpersonal relationship,mismatching and mismatch between the lack of life meaning and higher achievement needs.In view of the psychological adjustment problems presented by the full-time mothers,the case work intervention services were designed and carried out.In the development of individual case activities,the negative events described by the case owner are renamed to release the life pressure of the case owner and change the one-sided cognition;assess the owner’s ability and resources to reset the owner’s negative mindest,and stimulate the hope of change of owner’s;concretize the advantages of the case owner into action goals to link the advantages and problems of the case owner,and enhance the sense of control of the case owner;encourage the case owners to practice their advantages in practice to enhance their practical wisdom and realize a more ideal self;assist the owner to plan the future life to give the owner a coherent life and improve the owner’s self-efficacy.From the process evaluation of each case meeting and the outcome evaluation of the later intervention,it was found that full-time mothers have effectively alleviated the psychological adjustment problem and are full of hope for the new life in the future.The results show that the theoretical framework of advantage perspective and the professional method of case work have significant effects on alleviating the psychological adjustment problems of full-time mothers.On the other hand,the application of professional skills and the control of the intervention process are not mature enough.There are still some adaptive differences between Chinese and western theories in terms of their attitude towards superiority,expression of feelings and understanding of the scale.Based on the research findings,relevant suggestions are proposed to alleviate the psychological adjustment problems of full-time mothers,in order to help full-time mothers out of life difficulties,to reach a sate of psychological balance,actively face the future,and seek self-continuous development.
