Practical style is widely used in modern social life.The implementation of the new Chinese curriculum standard for compulsory education in 2022 also emphasizes the importance of "practical reading and communication" developmental learning task group.However,the current teaching status of practical style is not satisfactory,such as teachers and students pay less attention to it,teaching utilitarianism,model and so on.Students are usually good at literary writing,but there are certain difficulties in writing news,popular science articles,letters,speeches,biographies and other genres.This paper will take the practical style teaching of junior high school Chinese as the research theme,based on previous studies,combined with relevant theories,through the investigation and summary of the teaching situation of practical style,and put forward relevant teaching strategies according to the main problems reflected in the survey results,in order to improve the teaching effect of practical style more effectively.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part illustrates the origin,status quo,methods and significance of the research.The second part is an overview of practical style,which expounds the concept,classification and characteristics of practical style,emphasizes its teaching value and theoretical basis,and lays a theoretical foundation for the following teaching strategies.The third part is about the selection and examination requirements of the practical style of junior high school Chinese textbooks.Starting from the partial edition of junior high school Chinese textbooks,it analyzes the intention of the compilation of the textbooks,and provides relevant basis for determining the teaching content and teaching objectives of the practical style by taking the requirements of the curriculum standards as the goal and the high school examination as the aid.The fourth part is the investigation of the teaching situation of junior high school Chinese practical style.By sorting out the questionnaires issued,the main problems existing in the current junior high school practical style teaching are summarized,which provides the direction for the next chapter to propose teaching strategies.The fifth part is the implementation strategy of junior middle school Chinese practical style teaching,starting from practical style knowledge,construction of related knowledge system;It emphasizes the integration of teaching objectives and innovation of teaching forms by analyzing the intention of writing.And deepening the teaching practice around the practical value of practical style;Then the teaching of practical style should be perfected through diversified evaluation.Finally,two teaching practice lessons during the author’s internship are selected to put the proposed strategies into practice and reflect on them.
