High school is an important period for the development of students’ self-awareness.They should work hard to complete their studies and enjoy a better life.However,many high school students feel great academic pressure and poor adjustment,resulting in a lot of negative emotions.Among them,depression is the most concerned one.Depression of high school students is an emotional disorder mainly manifested by low mood caused by academic pressure,family factors,interpersonal communication and other reasons.If a high school student is under depression for a long time,it may lead to a decline in academic performance,large mood swings,pessimism,and even self-harm and suicide.Therefore,how to use psychological intervention techniques to effectively alleviate the depression of high school students is an important topic at present.Based on the current situation of depression in Chinese high school students,this study made use of positive psychological intervention methods and combined with the existing curriculum and methods of mental health education in Chinese high school,to deeply discuss the practical and simple mental health intervention measures for relieving depression in high school students.In this study,high school students with depression problems in two ordinary high schools in Guangxi and Henan were selected as the research objects,and the Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale(CES-D)was used as the research tool.To carry out positive psychological intervention method of high school students – nine beauty technique.The subjects recalled and recorded nine beautiful things in three categories(natural beauty,artistic beauty and moral beauty)15 minutes before going to bed every night.Through the positive psychological intervention measures,this study found that:(1)the nine beauty techniques of positive psychology can effectively relieve high school students’ depression;(2)Nine beauty technology is suitable for high school students with different degrees of depression;(3)In nine beauty experiment,different intervention methods and intervention duration have different effects on relieving depression of high school students.The nine beauty experiment of positive psychology is carried out for high school students,and the conclusion can be drawn that the nine beauty technique of positive psychology intervention is an operable and widely applicable psychological intervention method,which can effectively relieve high school students’ depression in a short term.This study also puts forward the following suggestions for the deficiencies in the experiment process of nine beauty technology:(1)The effect of nine beauty technology intervention is short-term,and in order to give full play to the role of nine beauty technology,it is necessary to integrate nine beauty technology into daily mental health education,so as to normalize and systematize it.(2)Not limited to the current content and form of nine beauty technology,make it diversified,with diversity.
