The new college entrance examination is a new college entrance examination reform policy announced by the Ministry of Education.As one of the major measures of the central government to comprehensively deepen the reform,the national opinions on the implementation of the reform of the examination and enrollment system were officially released on September 4,2014,which is also the most comprehensive and systematic reform of the examination and enrollment system since the resumption of the college entrance examination.The guideline pointed out that,in order to further promote quality-oriented education,the pilot examination and enrollment system was launched in 2014 and comprehensively promoted in 2017.By 2020,a modern education examination and enrollment system with Chinese characteristics will be basically established,and an examination and enrollment model featuring classified examination,comprehensive evaluation and multiple admissions will be formed."The Implementation Opinions of the General Office of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region People’s Government on Promoting the reform of ordinary high school education way in the New Era" clearly defines a series of measures to construct a comprehensive training system,optimize curriculum implementation,innovate the teaching organization form to implement the new era education project,promote the high school course selection and class,for the district’s ordinary high school education way and method to provide clear guidance.At present,in the process of China’s domestic and foreign economic progress to a new level,due to the detailed division of the needs of talents and different types of work from all walks of life,the cultivation of talents is more and more diversified.The current new college entrance examination can better meet the requirements of diversified talents in the market economy.In the new college entrance examination implemented in 2021 in Guangxi District,where the author lives,freshmen entering high school in autumn 2021 will follow the new model of "3+1+2" college entrance examination.Under the circumstance that the traditional school management and operation can no longer meet the sudden change of teaching form in the background,the school management needs to be reformed in the original administrative class pattern,the planning of school education resources,the stratification and classification of courses,the teaching mode of teachers,and how to express the individuation of students’ curriculum schedule.It needs to reflect the core quality emphasized in the new high school entrance examination to lead the development of students’ ability.As the fourth batch of open new high school examination area,this paper takes G High School in Guilin,Guangxi as the research object,analyzes the current situation of school management under the background of course selection and class selection through questionnaires,and uses interviews to understand the different ideas of front-line teachers and students on the implementation of the policy of course selection and class selection.The questionnaire mainly includes teachers’ and students’ understanding of the policy,the analysis of the effect of class management after students’ course selection and the views of teachers of different grades on the effect of class management.It tries to analyze the advantages of the reform of course selection and class management of G Middle School in Guilin under the background of the new college entrance examination,such as the perfect democratic management system.Enhance management effectiveness through the flat organizational structure of the division + center;Development through teaching reform and detailed process management to achieve teachers and students independent growth;Subject curriculum "hierarchical classification",curriculum independent exploration,planning and construction management structure.On this basis,explore the problems of course selection and class management,so as to conduct strategic research.G Middle School in Guilin is a key middle school in Guilin.Through investigation,the author found that although the reform of the national college entrance examination was carried out late in Guangxi,the relevant administrators and researchers of this school made field visits to the first provinces and cities where courses were selected and classes were carried out.Before the release of policies related to class management,G Middle School in Guilin was fully prepared to implement the management reform of class management system.Following the education rules of the new college entrance examination,G Middle School implements the reform of the teaching organization form of students’ walking class according to local conditions.While steadily promoting the management of the walking class system,it pays attention to the sustainable development of students and teachers.But in Guilin G Middle school management has achieved good results in all aspects of the situation,there are still many problems in teaching management,such as the school level,including: schools choose courses to follow the class mode,the right of colleges to choose students is closely linked;Too much emphasis on knowledge-based curriculum arrangement,resulting in hierarchical teachers;Exam evaluation and educational resources restrict the selection of subjects and other problems.The teacher level includes: the conflict between the new college entrance examination education idea and some teachers’ test-oriented education idea;The relative shortage of teacher resources,the single curriculum structure is difficult to meet the hierarchical teaching;Teachers’ job burnout intensifies;The student level includes: students do not adapt to the class teaching;Students are utilitarian and blind in course selection;The student evaluation system is single and other problems.Based on the above problems,the author puts forward some strategies to break through the dilemma.The strategies in school: to establish the linkage mechanism of course selection guidance,the school actively guides students to choose courses reasonably;Strengthen curriculum construction,create a scientific and reasonable course selection and class mechanism;Clear grading principles and optimize educational facilities.Teachers’ strategies: correctly understand the value of choosing courses and taking classes,and cooperate with schools to promote the reform of teaching organization form;Strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,establish and improve the teaching mechanism which is suitable for the new college entrance examination;Improve the professional quality of teachers,train new teachers to help students develop core quality;Reform and improve the teacher evaluation mechanism.Student level strategy: actively cooperate with the school to choose classes,carefully choose courses;Cultivate students’ quality of course selection and independent learning habits,strengthen teacher-student exchanges and communication,improve the comprehensive evaluation of multiple admission system,break through the "only score" and "only higher education" evaluation dilemma. |
