The Analysis Of Guangxi Higher Education Development Scale And Structure Optimization

The development of higher education and regional economy is more and more close, the research of higher education must take into account regional economic development situation. Optimizing the structure of higher education in the universities should consider the changes in the external environment、their own advantage, so that the interaction between higher education and regional economic development is better. This study analysis the structure of Guangxi higher education, let we know the Guangxi higher education present structure, optimize the structure of Guangxi higher education in time, provide the talents for the economic development of Guangxi, but also can promote the sustainable development of higher education in Guangxi.This research is mainly divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly introduces the research topics of the reasons, significance, literature review, research ideas and research methods the theoretical foundation. The second part, mainly analysis the hierarchical structure of scale of higher education development in Guangxi and the existing problems, the main problems are: The total size of higher education in Guangxi is too small, and the scale of the growth rate decreased year by year; Graduate students and junior college students is relatively small; the students between the various levels are imbalanced; the orientation of all the universities is unreasonable, run a school is lack of diversity. The third part mainly analyzes the present situation, the discipline structure of higher education development scale in Guangxi and obtained the problems: there are still gaps in the professional and the professional coverage still has development space; the unbalanced subject structure development leads to the differences scale of students, professional distribution is not balanced. The fourth part mainly analyzes the present situation, and draw the layout structure of Guangxi higher education scale development problems: uneven distribution of universities; colleges and universities focus on economic development in the city layout. The fifth part is mainly based on the scale of development is proposed to optimize the structure of Guangxi higher education strategy:1.strengthen personnel training and social needs, the overall optimization of higher education structure; 2.
