In recent years,China has promulgated a large number of policy documents about the development of soccer,and the development of campus soccer has received more and more attention from the state and the society.The development of campus soccer is inseparable from the support of teaching ability of soccer teachers,and the teaching ability of soccer students majoring in physical education is not only the foundation of their career,but also a key factor to promote the sustainable development of campus soccer in China,as the main force of reserve talents of campus soccer teachers.It is found that there are only a few studies on the teaching ability of physical education majors’ soccer majors.The construction of a teaching ability evaluation index system for physical education majors’ soccer majors can provide a scientific and objective evaluation of soccer majors’ teaching ability,lead the development of their teaching ability,help the implementation and development of campus soccer teaching reform,and contribute to the progress of China’s soccer career.This paper takes the teaching ability of physical education students as the research object,firstly,takes the national policy documents and core literature as the basis for index selection,secondly,uses the Delphi method to construct the index system of teaching ability of physical education students by drawing on the opinions of authoritative experts,again uses the hierarchical analysis method to determine the weight size of each index,and finally uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the index system To carry out empirical test.The final conclusions were obtained as follows.(1)Based on the theoretical basis of the development of teaching ability evaluation index system,this study followed the principles of index construction,carried out the initial selection of indexes through scientific and evidence-based steps,and screened,modified and merged the indexes through two rounds of Delphi method,and finally established the evaluation index system of teaching ability of soccer students specializing in physical education consisting of 3 primary indexes,15 secondary indexes and 58 tertiary indexes.(2)In order to determine the weight coefficients of each index of the constructed evaluation index system,this study adopts the hierarchical analysis method,firstly,the corresponding hierarchical structure model is built with the help of Yaahp software,and the weight index questionnaire is issued to experts,and the single-level ranking and consistency test are conducted through the two-by-two comparison method,and the weight coefficients of each index are finally determined,among which the weight coefficients of the first-level indexes are: teaching design ability 0.3092,teaching implementation ability 0.5813,and teaching evaluation ability 0.1096;among the secondary indicators of teaching design ability0.3762 is the highest,among the secondary indicators of teaching implementation ability0.2540 is the highest,and among the secondary indicators of teaching evaluation ability0.5390 is the highest;finally,the weights of each tertiary indicator are obtained coefficients.(3)The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to test the complete teaching ability evaluation index system of physical education students,and the teaching ability level of Qin,a physical education student in Guangxi Normal University,was successfully calculated to be in the "good" range,with a specific quantitative score of 80.184.The evaluation index system constructed by the empirical test is practical and scientific,and can be used for schools and teachers to evaluate the teaching ability of soccer students majoring in physical education and for self-assessment of teaching ability of soccer students majoring in physical education. |
