The country continues to implement the innovation driven strategy,accelerate the construction of an innovative power,and other measures to put forward new requirements for the talent cultivation goals of various types of schools at all levels,give full play to the important supporting role of innovative technical and skilled talents in the national innovation driven strategy,strive to cultivate vocational college students into a new force for mass entrepreneurship and innovation,and transform their regional economic development mode Contribute to the power of applied talents in the process of optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure.Therefore,higher vocational colleges carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education to cultivate innovative technical and skilled talents required for social development.However,the lag in talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges and the lack of integration with professional education and practice in the process of carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education have caused higher vocational colleges to no longer meet the needs of social development for innovative talents.Therefore,strengthening the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education in higher vocational colleges and cultivating operational talents with exquisite technical skills and innovative and entrepreneurial abilities is an effective way to solve the gap between innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,and also to implement the objective needs of the country to cultivate high-quality innovative technical and skilled talents.This article defines higher vocational colleges,innovation and entrepreneurship education,and professional education.Based on resource dependency theory,triple helix theory,and system theory,it uses comparative research,literature research,interview methods,and case study methods to conduct sample analysis of higher vocational colleges that implement specialty innovation integration.It discovers the problems that exist in the process of promoting specialty innovation integration in higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the reasons for the problems.Further thinking and designing strategies for promoting the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education at the practical level have been made,and a dynamic evaluation mechanism for the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship in higher vocational colleges based on CIPP has been preliminarily constructed.Based on the above content,in addition to the introduction and conclusion,this study is mainly divided into the following parts: The first part is to analyze the necessity and feasibility of the integration of creativity,specialty,and creativity in higher vocational colleges.On the one hand,it systematically analyzes the necessity of the integration of innovation,specialization,and innovation in higher vocational colleges from three aspects: the inherent needs of innovation and entrepreneurship education,the essential attribute needs of professional education,and the inherent needs of innovative technical and skilled personnel training;On the other hand,analyze the feasibility from the aspects of resource dependence and policy support.The second part analyzes the proper state of the integration of innovation,specialty,and innovation in higher vocational colleges.Relying on system theory and resource dependency theory,it analyzes the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education in terms of concepts,courses,teachers,and practical platforms.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the integration of innovation,specialization,and creativity in higher vocational colleges.Based on the information obtained from literature and actual surveys,the analysis analyzes the current situation of the design of the integration of innovation,specialization,and creativity in higher vocational colleges in the process of carrying out the integration of innovation,specialization,and creativity,curriculum settings,teacher team construction,construction and use of practice platforms,and evaluation methods,and summarizes the existing problems.The fourth part is the analysis of the reasons for the problems existing in the process of the integration of school innovation,specialty innovation,and innovation in higher vocational colleges.Due to the slow development of innovation and entrepreneurship in the higher vocational field in China,it is necessary to explore the functions and resources required at the school level in the process of integration of innovation,specialization,and innovation.In combination with the existing problems in the current situation,in-depth analysis should be conducted from the aspects of management system,motivation mechanism,assessment and evaluation system,and subjective cognition,in order to provide a reference basis for the design of integration strategies.The fifth part is the focus of this article,which is to optimize the strategy of innovation,specialty,and innovation integration in higher vocational colleges.It mainly focuses on three aspects:strengthening targeted policy supply,improving internal and external driving mechanisms,and building a dynamic assessment and evaluation of CIPP professional innovation integration for school,bank,and enterprise collaboration.Based on the entire research,this article draws some thoughts that innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,as the main approaches to talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,are driven by the cultivation of innovative technical and skilled talents,integrating resources in the two fields of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,helping schools improve the quality of technical and skilled talent cultivation,and enabling them to play a role of 1+1>2.
