Research On The Path Of Integration And Symbiosis Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education And Professional Education In Colleges And Universities

Innovation and entrepreneurship is the soul of entrepreneurship.To realize the integration of college innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education is an important way to cultivate the entrepreneurship of college students and promote the higher quality employment of graduates.In recent years,with the strong support of national policy,innovation and entrepreneurship education in China has made outstanding achievements in pilot promotion and independent exploration,and relevant theoretical research and practical links have become the hot spot and focus of social attention.However,China’s innovation and entrepreneurship education is still in the exploration stage,especially in the integration with professional education,there is still a relatively serious "two skins" problem.This study is firstly based on the analysis of symbiosis theory and the perspective of universities,government and enterprises,the analysis framework of internal and external integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education.According to the concept framework,through the literature,clarify the relevant concepts and relationship between innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,elaborated the development process,the characteristics and main mode,and pointed out the innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education in the process of education concept,organization management and resource sharing.Based on the basis of theoretical analysis,this study mainly adopts case analysis and questionnaire method,Jiangsu C University,for example,and targeted research,comprehensively analyze the current situation,problems and results of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,and analyze the organization system,curriculum system,management system and platform construction in the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education.Combining the above theoretical analysis and case study results,this study finally proposes three ways for the effective integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education: First,to establish the concept of value co-creation,to build the teaching symbiosis mode with discipline cluster as the core;Third,to promote the school symbiosis practice based on resource sharing.
