Practice And Problem Research On The Integration Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Education And Professional Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

As an important part of my country’s higher education,higher vocational education bears the important mission of promoting the implementation of the "innovation-driven"development strategy and helping to build an innovative country.Under the new social situation,higher vocational colleges must not only face market changes,pay attention to the training of professional and technical talents that adapt to market needs,but also need to keep up with the current situation and strengthen the training of innovative talents.In the process of deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education,higher vocational colleges actively try and explore the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional education.Different from the education of ordinary undergraduate colleges,higher vocational colleges focus on cultivating students’practical ability and practical ability.It is more applicable and feasible to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education integration in higher vocational colleges.On the one hand,it can promote students’ comprehensiveness.The improvement of quality and the development of practical innovation ability,on the other hand,are also conducive to the formation of a virtuous circle of higher quality employment between economic and social development and higher vocational graduates,which not only meets the society’s demand for talents,but also promotes the employment of higher vocational graduates.quality.This paper selects Y higher vocational colleges as the case study object,mainly based on its good foundation in innovation and entrepreneurship education,and it has distinctive characteristics in carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education,and has a certain degree of representativeness.The research uses questionnaires and interviews to analyze and feed back the practical problems faced by the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education.The paper found that Y higher vocational colleges have taken relevant measures in the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education,but there are still problems in practice:students have insufficient awareness of integration;insufficient integration of the two types of education teachers;low integration of curriculum settings;insufficient cross-connection of the two-level practice platform.Based on the problem,this research analyzes the causes of the problem from the aspects of students,schools,enterprises,and the government.Based on the problem,this research analyzes the causes of the problem from the aspects of students,schools,enterprises,and the government.In order to promote the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education in vocational colleges,the research proposes the integration path as:one is to strengthen the top-level design and promote cognitive integration;the second is to build an innovative integrated curriculum system;the third is to increase teacher training Strengthen,build a high-quality integrated faculty team;fourth,build a shared practice platform to promote the high-quality development of practical activities.Finally,it is hoped that this research can provide some reference for deepening the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,or for other institutions to promote the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education and professional education.
