| With the expansion of the scale of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,the quality problems have become increasingly prominent.The reform and development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges have entered the deep end and the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education has deepened.However,the evaluation system currently used in the selection of Guangdong Province’s innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration schools has the situation that the undergraduate colleges and higher vocational colleges adopt unified evaluation standards,which is not conducive to the characteristic development of higher vocational innovation and entrepreneurship education.The purpose of this study is to improve the index system currently used by Guangdong Provincial Education Department into a set of quality evaluation system which is more suitable for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges and is different from that in undergraduate colleges from the perspective of the integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education and combining the concepts of Three Complete Education,Edge Effect Theory and Post Entrepreneurship Education.And it is applied to the actual evaluation to help the evaluation objects find out the actual problems in the development of innovation and entrepreneurship education and the degree of integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,to construct the main problems and coping strategies model of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of integration of innovation and entrepreneurship,and to explore the feasible strategies to enhance the degree of integration of innovation and entrepreneurship and improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges.To change the status quo that are seemingly in harmony,but actually of two minds and acting as they please so as to guide innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges to go his own way.The research content includes the survey of the current situation and difficulties of the development and quality evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges,the selection of evaluation indicators and the construction of the system,and the application of the evaluation system.The focus is to explore the feasible measures to enhance the integration of specialty and innovation and improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges through the construction and application of the evaluation system.This study selects the provincial innovation and entrepreneurship reform demonstration higher vocational colleges located in Guangzhou as evaluation objects,including a liberal arts and an engineering higher vocational innovation and entrepreneurship reform demonstration school.The research methods include literature research,interview,analytic hierarchy process and grounded theory.In the process of determining the evaluation system,AHP is used to determine the index weight.Through in-depth interviews with 15 representative interviewees,such as heads of innovation and entrepreneurship colleges,heads of other secondary colleges,presidents of entrepreneurship associations,etc.,first-hand information was obtained by reviewing relevant documents and materials of innovation and entrepreneurship education management in colleges and universities,and on-site observation.In the process of evaluation,the colleges and universities were inspected,and the depth of education reform was evaluated according to the degree of integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education.In the process of analyzing problems and proposing countermeasures,using the grounded theory research method,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the interview record materials,analyzes the main problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of integration of professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education,and constructs a coping strategy model. |
