Senior high school students are in adolescence,peers play a very important role in interpersonal communication.Foreign studies have shown that peer relationship among peers is closely related to psychological adaptability.Strengthening peer interaction can improve students’ psychological adaptability.In the process of social development of high school students,establishing a good peer relationship can not only improve their social consciousness,but also protect their physical and mental health.Group sandplay allows group members to choose the sand tools freely in the free and protected space according to the corresponding rules,and then put them in the sand table.In the interaction process,high school students can apply the methods of making friends to life,improve the peer relationship,and finally improve their psychological adaptability.Firstly,questionnaire survey was used to investigate the status quo of peer relationship and psychological adjustment of high school students.Then further explore and analyze the group sandplay intervention of peer relationship of freshmen in senior high school;Finally,the effectiveness of group sandplay intervention on peer relationship of freshmen in senior high school is verified.The results of study 1 show that:(1)there are obvious gender differences in the peer relationship of freshmen in high school,and the peer relationship of girls is better than that of boys;There is a significant difference in the peer relationship between the students who live on campus or not.The peer relationship between the students who live on campus is better than that of the students who go to day school.There is no significant difference in peer relationship between class leader and only child.(2)There are significant gender differences in psychological adaptability of freshmen in senior high school,and girls’ psychological adaptability is higher than boys’.The psychological adaptability of non-only children is higher than that of only children.The psychological adaptability of class cadres is higher than that of non-class cadres.The psychological adaptability of dormitory students is higher than that of day students.(3)The multi-dimension of peer relationship is positively correlated with each dimension of psychological adaptability,that is,the better the peer relationship is,the stronger the individual’s psychological adaptability is.The results of study 2 show that the peer relationship of freshmen in senior high school is significantly improved after the intervention of group sandplay course.
