| The purpose of this paper lies in the exploration of the influence of pupils psychological capital on peer relationship,and the aim to improve peer relationship quality by establishing the effectiveness of the group psychological intervention and improving pupils’ psychological capital.This research mainly includes two parts:In Part One,531 students in higher grades from a primary school in Xiuyan County,Anshan City,Liaoning Province took part in this research as the objects,using the questionnaire of adolescent psychologi-cal capital and the questionnaire of pupil peer relations as research tools,and SPSS software and data is used in the questionnaire survey to make the descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis;In Part Two,to enhance the students’ psychological capital as the goal,the pupils from a primary school in Xiuyan County,Anshan City,Liaoning Province were chosen as the research objects,participants were taken as the experimental group and control group based on the data analysis.8 diffident groups of psychological intervention were added in the experimental group subjects,at the same time the control subjects did not take any intervention,and then the differences of the two groups were measured before and after inspection and tracking feedbacks.The research findings show the scheme can increase the level of elementary school students’ psychological capital effectively,and improve pupil peer relationship quality at the same time.Conclusions:1.The overall psychological capital level of primary school students is relatively high;There were significant differences in grade,age and academic performance as variables,while there were no significant differences in gender and one-child status.Pupils’ peer relationship quality is better as a whole;There were significant differences in grade,age and academic performance as variables,while there were no significant differences in gender and one-child status.2.Pupils’ psychological capital has a significant positive correlation with peer relationship,and psychological capital can significantly positively predict peer relationship.It shows that the higher the level of psychological capital is,the higher the quality of peer relationship is.3.The psychological capital level of primary school students can be improved through group psychological intervention on the four dimensions of psychological capital.4.The intervention program of pupils’ psychological capital can effectively improve the quality of pupils’ peer relationship. |
