In today's deep social and cultural transformation,the effect of multiculture exists in every field of people's lives.People constantly improve and exchange their own values.A harmonious,people-oriented consciousness of communication has aroused wide public acceptance.Currently,during the process of educational activities in our country,there have been,to some extent,some nervous,disharmonious and even conflicting situations in the relationship between teachers and students,which is affected by a number of factors.This might affect the educational environment and the harmonious relationship between teachers and students.Moreover,it hinders badly the launching of classroom activities and teaching effectiveness.How to build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students has gained educational scholars' especially frontline teachers' concern.Successful education depends on many factors,of which the harmonious relationship between teachers and students is considered as one of the most important factor.Equal,trusted and mutual understanding relationship between teachers and students will build a foundation which will obtain some extra-benefits for education itself.Therefore,building a harmonious teacher-student relationship is not only the need for society development but also the inevitable choice of educational reform.The idea of Reasonable Communication put forward by Habermas,a well-known representative of Frankfurt School,was selected as the focus of this research.Based on the main facts and ideas of Habermas' s Reasonable Communication,the author analyzed the various alienation of teacher-student relationship.It puts forward that the key to establish a harmonious relationship between them includes intersubjectivity,dialogism,life-oriented as well.By adhering to the principle of people-oriented,intersubjectivity,rational dialogue,mutual sharing as well as paying attention to the interactive methods between teachers and students,a benign and harmonious teacher-student relationship can be shaped.
