The new curriculum standards and the "double reduction" policy put forward new requirements for teachers and junior high school students.Education is not only to improve students’ performance,but also to pay attention to the overall development and physical and mental health of each student.Teachers are required to pay attention to students’ personality development and differences in teaching.Educational practice shows that every student has potential that can be stimulated.In the teaching process,teachers can stimulate students’ potential through different levels of requirements,guidance and homework,and promote the overall development of all students.In order to improve the biological learning interest of students at different levels in rural junior high schools,cultivate the biological science literacy of rural junior high school students,stimulate the willingness of rural students to learn biology,improve the subjective initiative of rural junior high school students,and promote the comprehensive development of rural junior high school students,This study mainly focuses on the following three issues: 1)Will integrating dynamic hierarchical teaching model into rural junior high school biology classroom improve students’ biological learning ability at different levels? 2)To what extent can integrating the dynamic hierarchical teaching model into the biology classroom of rural junior high schools improve the biology learning level of students at different levels? 3)Will it change the learning attitude of rural students to biology by integrating the dynamic hierarchical teaching model into the biology class of rural junior high school?This study was mainly conducted through questionnaire surveys,interviews,teaching records,and classroom experiments.After understanding the current situation of hierarchical teaching mode in rural junior high schools and considering the composition characteristics of rural junior high schools,specific measures for dynamic hierarchical teaching mode suitable for biology teaching in rural junior high schools are proposed,including dynamic stratification of lesson preparation,dynamic stratification of homework,and dynamic stratification of evaluation.Propose specific measures for implementing the dynamic hierarchical model of biology in rural junior high schools,conduct practical teaching,and summarize existing problems.After a semester of practical teaching,compare and analyze the biology scores of students in the control class and the experimental class.Subsequently,a second questionnaire survey was conducted to compare and analyze the overall situation of the experimental class and the control class.Through this study,it was found that: 1)the use of micro videos,diversification of homework content,and targeted evaluation in dynamic hierarchical teaching mode can cultivate students’ learning interest and promote personalized development by helping them regain confidence.The interest of students at different levels in learning biology has significantly increased,with the first and third level students showing the most significant improvement,while the second level students have relatively little improvement.2)Under the dynamic hierarchical teaching mode,students’ abilities in various aspects can be improved through group cooperation,such as "walking in unison" within groups and "holding hands with each other" between groups.In the process of group cooperation,it not only enables students to develop their moral,intellectual,physical,artistic,and labor skills,unleashes their strengths,cultivates their sense of cooperation,but also increases their collective sense of honor.Students’ biological scientific literacy has been improved.Through close contact with nature and guidance from teachers,students’ love for nature has increased,and their awareness of environmental protection and patriotism have been further enhanced.3)The construction of mind maps and diversification of teaching methods in the dynamic hierarchical teaching model can improve students’ biology learning performance by focusing on students at different levels.The dynamic hierarchical teaching model fully reflects the teacher’s respect for students,and the establishment of different student learning goals enables each student to achieve maximum progress.In general,this dynamic hierarchical teaching has a significant effect on the research of biology teaching in rural junior high schools,and has a significant impact on the biology learning and personality development of rural junior high school students.
