Information technology represented by artificial intelligence and big data has gradually penetrated into all stages of education.It not only provides more opportunities for the reform and innovation of education and teaching,but also provides the technical basis and realization conditions for the generation and practice of new educational concepts.At present,the reform of intelligent education and teaching based on big data and other technologies is in full swing.Promoting the cultivation of students ’core literacy,personalized development and the improvement of teachers ’ teaching competence has become the focus of common concern in the current education and academic circles.This study focuses on the reform of education in the era of wisdom and the higher requirements for teacher development.The development of information technology further stimulates the vitality of precision teaching.Information technology teachers should take the lead in promoting the deep integration of technology and teaching.Based on this,this study combines precision teaching and teaching competence,takes junior high school information technology teachers as the research object,and explores the construction of an evaluation index system for precision teaching competence of information technology teachers that meets future teaching,in order to promote the development of precision teaching evaluation of information technology courses.Specifically,this study takes ’ literature research-index selection-evaluation index system construction-evaluation index system implementation ’ as the main line,mainly including the following parts:Firstly,by introducing the research background and significance of the paper,this paper puts forward the research questions,research contents,research ideas and methods,and combs the core concepts,theoretical basis and research status at home and abroad,so as to lay a good foundation for the construction of the evaluation index system.Secondly,by combing the relevant literature and investigating the current situation of precision teaching in middle schools,the principles and processes of index selection are determined,and the five dimensions of the evaluation index system of precision teaching competency of junior high school information technology teachers and their specific secondary and tertiary indicators are preliminarily improved.Thirdly,based on the Delphi method,an expert group was formed and a questionnaire was compiled to carry out two rounds of expert consultation,and the preliminary selected evaluation indicators were modified and improved.Therefore,the judgment matrix is constructed by analytic hierarchy process,and the index weight value is calculated by application software to form the final evaluation index system of precision teaching competency of junior high school information technology teachers.Finally,based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and questionnaire survey method,the empirical research on the evaluation index system of precision teaching competency of information technology teachers is carried out.According to the results,the feasibility of the evaluation index system is verified,and the suggestions for improving the precision teaching competency of information technology teachers are given from three aspects : ’promoting information technology teacher training’,’constructing teaching evaluation system’ and ’improving support service mechanism’.The research draws the following conclusions :(1)The evaluation index system of precision teaching competency of junior high school information technology teachers consists of 5 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators and 52 third-level indicators.(2)Each index of the evaluation index system of precise teaching competency of junior high school information technology teachers is necessary and the weight of each index is set reasonably.(3)The index system can better carry out the evaluation of teachers’ precision teaching competence,and has good reliability.To sum up,this paper focuses on the evaluation of precision teaching competence of junior high school information technology teachers under the background of smart education,and constructs the evaluation index system of precision teaching competence of junior high school information technology teachers.This is an attempt in the field of precision teaching competence evaluation,hoping to be helpful to the future related research and the professional development of front-line teachers of information technology. |
