As the continuous development of social informationization,on the one hand,information talents have become one of the key factors in the competition of the comprehensive national strength;on the other hand,changes brought by information technology have deeply influenced our life and study.Therefore,it is particularly important to bring up qualified information society citizens and cultivate talents in information fields.As a compulsory course for primary school students in campus and an enlightening course in information field,primary school information technology curriculum should assume the current responsibility.Teaching evaluation is an important link in teaching activities and plays a guiding and quality supervision role in quality education.However,information technology,as an emerging subject,the accumulation of experience and theory is not enough,elementary school information technology course teaching evaluation activity is still in the exploration,has not yet formed a unified and effective evaluation method and evaluation system.Firstly,based on the extensive reading of relevant literatures and teaching cases of information technology courses at home and abroad,relevant researches on information technology course evaluation by domestic and foreign scholars are sorted out and analyzed in this study.At the same time,after investigating the current status and needs of information technology teaching evaluation in primary schools,combined with literature research,the characteristics and teaching evaluation principles of information technology curriculum are determined.On this basis,we build a primary school information technology classroom teaching evaluation index system based on the teaching process.Secondly,the index system was modified and improved by Delphi method for consulting experts and questionnaire survey.Thirdly,the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)Expert Arranging Law are applied to weight distribution of indicators.Fourthly,in order to make the evaluation index system of primary school information technology classroom teaching more convenient for teachers to use and more intuitive to feedback the evaluation results,the evaluation scale of percentage system and the evaluation feedback standard table of primary school information technology classroom teaching index system are further designed in this study,also the evaluation methods are explained.Finally,in the practical application stage,the practical application method,process and effectiveness of the evaluation index system of primary school information technology classroom teaching are illustrated through case in this study,also,the reliability and validity of the evaluation index system are tested.
