| "Cultivating people with virtue" is the fundamental mission of education in the new era.With the continuous development of China’s education and various problems in teachers’ morality and moral education in education,the importance of teachers’ moral education ability has been continuously highlighted.As the reserve force of future teachers,teacher training students shoulder the important task of cultivating national pillars,so the cultivation of moral education ability of teacher training students has become a hot spot in the current education circle.Then,starting from the new demand for the moral education ability of normal students in the new era,what are the problems in curriculum teaching,the two important influencing factors of the current moral education ability cultivation of normal students? What is the reason for the problem? How to resolve these problems and so on.All these have become urgent and long-term research topics on how to better improve the level of moral education ability of teacher training students.In this context,this study first sorted out and studied the relevant literature and relevant policies on the development of moral education ability of normal students at home and abroad through literature analysis,and on this basis,the specific objectives,contents and objects of the research were determined,and the relevant questionnaires and interview outlines were designed,and then the sample of local college senior normal students was surveyed.From the perspective of curriculum and teaching,on the basis of fully analyzing the problems and causes of the teaching of normal students’ moral education ability training courses,combined with relevant research results and theories,this study prudently puts forward the teaching problem resolution strategy of teacher normal students’ moral education ability training courses in local colleges and universities in the new era,hoping that from both theoretical and practical aspects,it can provide certain reference for the improvement of the quality of moral education ability training of normal students in local colleges and universities in China.Through the survey,it is found that there are many problems in the current moral education ability cultivation of normal students,which are specifically manifested as: in the construction of moral education ability training courses for normal students,there are problems such as the lack of teacher characteristics of moral education ability cultivation of students in ideological and political courses,the general shortage of moral education ability cultivation elements for students in other general education courses,the general lack of moral education ability training level of students in teacher education courses,the general lack of obvious ideological and political effects of discipline courses,and the general weakening of moral education ability cultivation of students in practical courses.In the teaching of moral education ability cultivation of normal students,there are problems such as the general low awareness of teachers to cultivate students’ moral education ability,the general lack of clear design and method design of moral education ability cultivation,insufficient exploration of ideological and political content in the curriculum,the mechanical form of ideological and political teaching,the traditional teaching mode and teaching method,the biased teaching content and the simple evaluation method.For the problems found in the investigation,this study mainly analyzes the causes through empirical research and literature research.The study finds that the reasons for the formation of the teaching problems of moral education courses for teacher training students in local colleges and universities are mainly manifested in three aspects.First of all,the measures for the cultivation of moral education ability of normal students in schools are not in place,which are mainly manifested as: the lack of top-level design for moral education ability training of normal students;The teaching evaluation system for the cultivation of moral education ability of normal students is not perfect;The training mechanism for teachers’ moral education ability development is not perfect;Insufficient investment in practical teaching affects the effectiveness of moral education cultivation of teacher students.Secondly,the moral education ability cultivation literacy of teachers and teachers needs to be strengthened,which is mainly manifested as: teachers have biased cognition of moral education ability cultivation of normal students;The moral education capacity of teachers and students needs to be improved;Teachers have insufficient motivation to cultivate the moral education ability of teacher training students.Finally,the independent moral education ability development literacy of teacher normal students needs to be improved,which is mainly manifested as: teacher normal students do not have a high degree of recognition of moral education ability development;Teacher training students take the initiative to explore and build moral education ability and poor quality;Teacher training students’ moral education ability development,self-evaluation awareness and ability are insufficient.Based on the teaching problems and causes of moral education courses for normal students in local colleges,this study believes that the teaching problems of moral education courses for normal students can be solved from three aspects: universities,teachers and students.First of all,in terms of universities: strengthen the top-level design,build a macro framework for moral education training courses and teaching problems;Improve the teaching evaluation system,and form a driving force for moral education training courses and teaching problems;Improve the teacher training mechanism to improve the ability to develop moral education curriculum and solve teaching problems;Increase investment in practical teaching,improve moral education training courses and teaching problem solving conditions.In terms of teachers: change their concepts and form a correct understanding of the curriculum and teaching of moral education development;Innovate teaching and promote the improvement of teachers’ moral education curriculum and teaching ability;Encourage and strengthen teachers’ moral education ability to cultivate curriculum and teaching reform motivation.Finally,in terms of students: enhance the sense of professional identity of teacher training students,stimulate their moral education ability cultivation curriculum and teaching recognition;Cultivate the inquiry thinking of teacher training students and promote their effective participation in moral education courses and teaching;Guide teacher training students to self-evaluate and help greatly improve the curriculum and teaching effect of moral education cultivation. |
