As is known to everone that unhealthy interpersonal relationships and the lack of personal interaction skills are liable to cause psychological problems of college students. The situations of China's college students interpersonal interaction is not optimistic, the colleges have the necessary to pay close attention to the interpersonal interaction skills, and the factors, which impact students' interpersonal interaction. Comared to the colleges, which subornated by provience or ministy, Local colleges have many disparities: lower school level, smaller financial strength, fewer qualified teachers,eg. Local college students get bigger pressure in learning and starting a job, so their interpersonal interaction situation should be given more concerns.The aim of this study is to describe, analyze and discuss the interpersonal interaction skills of local college students. It takes 1,445 undergraduate of Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences as a simple, ueses the "Comprehensive Diagnostic Scale interpersonal relations", compiled by Cheng Ri-chang, as investigative tools to study the defferences of interpersonal interaction skills in different college students (different gender, different grades and different majors, different economic conditions, eg.)This paper include the following main conclusions:(1) local college students of interpersonal skills is not good, nearly half of the students have different interpersonal problems, only half students' interpersonal relationships in good conditions. The array of college students' interpersonal interaction skills, from weak to strong order in four dimensions, is communication ability, capacity of heterosexual contacts, the ability to chat and interaction capacity.(2) as a whole, There is a significant gender differences in interpersonal interaction skills: female students' interpersonal situations are better than the male's, and so as to the capasity to contact with the opposite sex.(3) wholely, the interpersonal interaction skills of a college student have significant differences in different grades, interpersonal problems decreased gradually with the year increased: the freshman and the second year significantly lower than the junior and the senior, and the junior significantly lower than the senior.(4)the interpersonal interaction skills of a college student have significant differences in different majorsl: liberal arts students are better than the science major students. In exchanges with the opposite sex, liberal arts students are also significantly better than the performance of science and sport major students.(5) generally speaking, the interpersonal interaction skills of college students have significant differences between urban students and rural area students: the former are better than the latter; in communication, making friends and contacts with the opposite sex, urban student performance significantly better than rural students. But in interaction with others,reversely, rural student performance are significantly better than urban students.(6) in short, the interpersonal interaction skills of college students also have significant differences in different economic situations: the impeverrished students are less than the other students; these perform in conversations, communications and team works, and heterosexual contacts, either. (7) the interpersonal interaction skill levels, from a entire scope, have different representations on a student is one of the team leaders in campus or not: the former's interpersonal interaction situations are significantly better than the latter students who do not serve the students: nevertheless in communication, team work and interpersonal interaction, or contacts with the opposite sex, these students leader are almost significantly better than the other students.The conclusions drawn from this study will provide the work of mental health education and student management of Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences with guidance and reference. Through the following measures, school administrators and educators, can improve the interpersonal interaction skills of students, improve their interpersonal interaction situations: First, establish the training system of college students synthesized qualities, offer specialized courses to help students improve interpersonal interaction skills. The second, to advance the constructions of school-class culture, good teacher-student relationship and dormitory culture, by these ways wo can build a harmonious interpersonal relationships in the campus; Thirdly, establish a good college students psychological education and counseling system; The fourth, integrate the work of improving the interpersonal skills with the work of students management; Fifthly, establish the platform of college students interpersonal interaction, and to enrich the college lives;The last, but not the least, set a early warning system of college students interpersonal crisis.
