"State Council's decision on vigorous development of vocational education" and "National Education Reform and Development Program for long-term (2010-2020)" requires that higher vocational colleges are expected to implement the combination of work and study, school-enterprise cooperation, and talents cultivation module of post practice, focus on "dual" teachers and enforce teacher training of vocational colleges., build the "dual" teacher training base, relying on the relevant universities and large enterprises. The new round of evaluation of talents training of the higher vocational college will put more emphasis on "teaching, learning, practicing" as a whole, the scene teaching mode, teaching methods and assessment, more attention to practical courses and textbooks development, focus on post practice of practical teaching, and skills improvement of specialized full-time teachers and increase on the front-line work experience, more demands on professional practice capacity. Therefore, to increase the teacher's professional practice capacity is not only the requirement of professional teaching but also the urgent need for accelerating education development and transformation of the vocational education. The new round of evaluation of talents cultivation puts forward a new topic on the training of the teacher's professional practice capacity.Applying a combination of macroeconomic analysis and case studies, the topic makes a study with literature, questionnaire, interview and other methods. Focusing on the teacher's professional practice capacity and aiming at starting from the module content and design, the up-setting of the system of the training evaluation framework and design of training assessment, it explores and tries to build the training mode of the teacher's professional practice ability, makes it a long-range executive plan and solve the long-standing problem in teaching staff training to provide policy reference for the building of the teaching staff in our province.Based on the analysis of the development process and present situation of vocational colleges, this subject indicates some realistic problems proposed in the background of the rapid development of the vocational college: such as the shortage of the professional teachers, lack of training means, weak training foundation, lack of training system, and determines content and features of the professional practice of teachers in higher vocational colleges. Itdesigns appropriate training modules, selects scientifically different training methods, and establishes effective training evaluation mechanism so as to ensure that the teacher's professional practice capacity training achieves the desired goals.
