| Music education is an important part of aesthetic education and an indispensable part of the diversified growth of middle school students.Over the years,due to the influence of exam-oriented education and the diversion of general vocational education after junior high school graduation,middle school students have great academic pressure,and society,schools and parents pay far less attention to students’ aesthetic education.Especially in the third-tier cities and some towns and regions,the examination-oriented goal has always been put in the first place.The promulgation and implementation of the "double reduction" policy in 2021 has brought opportunities for the change of the status of music and aesthetic education and the improvement of its effectiveness.This paper takes the current situation of music teaching in junior high schools in Chaohu City as the research object,and conducts a sampling survey of six junior high schools in urban and rural areas.Through the comparative analysis of the survey data,it is pointed out that there are many problems in the music teaching stage of junior high school,such as "music class is occupied by the main course","music class content is monotonous,and the form is old-fashioned".After the promulgation of the "double reduction" policy,the guarantee of music class hours has been greatly improved,but there are still some schools that have not opened music classes in individual grades.However,the effect of music teaching is mixed,and there are many problems in music teaching in rural middle schools.Finally,in view of the problems presented,with aesthetic education as the ultimate goal and the new curriculum standard as the phased requirements,this paper puts forward feasible countermeasures to improve the quality of music aesthetic education in junior high schools in Chaohu City. |
