| General Secretary Xi Jinping once stressed in his speech at the National Education Work Conference: "We should comprehensively strengthen and improve aesthetic education in schools,adhere to aesthetic education and cultural education,and improve students’ aesthetic and humanistic qualities." Art education is the main content and way to implement aesthetic education in ordinary schools,and music education is an important part of art education,so music education has a decisive position and irreplaceable role in aesthetic education.In 2015,The General Office of the State Council issued opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving Aesthetic Education in Schools.In 2016,the General Office of the Qingdao Municipal People’s Government issued Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving Aesthetic Education in Primary and Secondary Schools.This is the first guideline on aesthetic education issued by cities with separate state plans nationwide,Qingdao throughout the city to carry out the school aesthetic education reform work,and so did the music education development,the music curriculum course rate guarantee,pay more attention to the implementation of the examination of art make music courses,class inside and outside the music activity increasingly rich,Qingdao in music education in one of the leading enterprises in the province and even in China.The author as the locals,for Qingdao in the school music education’s achievements feel proud,at the same time as discipline teaching(music)professional student,based on the professional perspective of music subject,from two aspects: students and teachers of field investigation,found that the present music education still exists some problems and defects in practice.To better play to the music education of the positive role,promote Qingdao school music education of high quality development,the author select three representative junior high school in the city,in-depth understanding of Qingdao city junior high school music education present situation,comprehensive using the method of questionnaire survey and interviews,summed up the school music education experience and achievements,further analysis the cause of the problem,Based on the results of the survey,the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to further improve the development level of music education in Qingdao. |
