With the advent of the digital age,information technology has brought many new changes to our life and work.Under the background of digitalization,constantly improving the quality of personnel training in secondary vocational schools will help to promote the development of China’s market economy and meet the needs of enterprises for talents.This study selects the accounting major of secondary vocational school as the research object,takes Guangdong M school as the case,studies the situation of digital talents training of accounting major,finds out the problems existing in the process of digital talents training of accounting major in this school,and provides optimization suggestions for talents training combined with the employment needs of enterprises under the background of digital era.First of all,this study combed the relevant literature,combined with the digital era of enterprise demand for accounting personnel,analysis of Guangdong M school accounting professional training situation,grasp the direction of topics,stakeholder theory,connectionism theory,humanism theory and industry-university cooperation theory as the theoretical support of this study.Secondly,take the accounting major of Guangdong M school as an example,through field visits,classroom observation,questionnaires,interviews and other ways to understand the current situation of digital talents training of accounting major in Guangdong M school.Based on the analysis of the survey results,it is found that the training of digital talents of accounting major in Guangdong M School has some shortcomings in training objectives,curriculum,training conditions,teaching staff,education evaluation system and so on.Finally,based on the background of the digital era,combined with the existing problems,this study attempts to Guangdong M school accounting professional digital personnel training optimization recommendations: establish the concept of digital personnel training;Market demand-oriented,clear training objectives;From the curriculum,teaching methods and other aspects,establish and improve the accounting digital personnel training system;further improve the teaching process evaluation system,teacher training system and the training conditions of school accounting digital talents training,and constantly improve the quality of school accounting professional digital talents training.This study is expected to provide new ideas for optimizing the digital talent training mode of accounting major in Guangdong M school.
