| In recent years,under the guidance of the national vocational education reform implementation plan,the Tibet Autonomous Region has continuously promoted the reform and development of secondary vocational education,optimized the overall layout and professional structure of secondary vocational schools,deepened the reform of vocational education system and mechanism,and exported a large number of technical and skilled talents and high-quality workers for economic and social development.Scientific and reasonable curriculum system is the key factor to construct the talent training program,and also the core content to achieve the goal of high-quality school.In Tibet,secondary vocational school students are generally weak in learning ability and lack of planning for their own future.Only by optimizing the professional curriculum system,improving students’ enthusiasm for learning the major,learning the professional knowledge deeply,broadening the scope of knowledge and extending their professional skills.Therefore,the optimization of curriculum system is not only related to the development prospects of the school itself,but also has an important impact on the future career planning of secondary vocational students.In this context,the research object of this paper is Lhasa secondary vocational school,mainly based on the investigation of two main research subjects,accounting teachers and students,in order to understand the optimization of curriculum.For example: the practice curriculum can not be fully met;the training goal of accounting professionals is not clear;vocational school students lack of career planning,professional competence is not strong;curriculum evaluation system is not perfect and so on.In the face of these problems,this paper proposes how to optimize the accounting curriculum system according to local conditions.I hope the research results can provide a useful reference for the improvement and development of the curriculum system of accounting major in Lhasa secondary vocational colleges. |
