| In recent years,whether it is the vigorous implementation of the "double reduction" as the "No.1 Project",the promotion of "curriculum ideology and politics",or the prevalence of online courses,all show that China’s education has entered a new era.With the release of "healthy China 2030" and the new curriculum standard of physical education,physical education has also been pushed to a new height.Physical education is different from other subjects and takes physical practice as the main means.It plays an irreplaceable role in promoting students’ physical and mental health,which adds new challenges to teachers.According to the literature investigation,there are many problems in the teaching ability of PE teachers in primary school.Therefore,this study investigated the teaching ability of 100 PE teachers in Haigang District of Qinhuangdao City.This study introduces the teaching ability of the new era on the basis of the traditional PE teachers’ teaching ability,takes PE teachers and students as the investigation object,and comprehensively uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and on-the-spot investigation.this thesis studies the current situation of the teaching ability of primary school PE teachers in Haigang District of Qinhuangdao City from a new perspective.After the investigation and research in this study,on the basis of the literature,it is found that there are the following problems: first,the structural proportion of PE teachers is out of balance,resulting in more men than women;second,there is a lack of preparation and adaptability before class,and the preparation of teaching plans is lack of uniqueness;third,PE teachers are old-fashioned and lack of knowledge and skills in the new era,so they can not infiltrate and apply the knowledge and skills of the new era to all aspects of teaching.Fourth,the lack of teaching expansion ability,such as the lack of reflection and evaluation,the arrangement of extracurricular exercise is not scientific,can not form the joint force of home-school education.In view of the above problems,this study puts forward opinions and countermeasures from three aspects: one is the policy support and resources provided by the education department in charge,and the other is the attention and supervision of the school.the third is teachers’ own self-reflection and improvement,which provides a reference for the construction of primary school PE teachers’ teaching ability system and the cultivation of teachers’ teaching ability in the new era. |
