In the 21 st century,the international community has a more urgent demand for innovative talents.The "strong foundation plan" implemented in China in 2020 is to serve the needs of the times for the development of national major practical strategies,and is a practical move to strengthen the selection and training of innovative talents.The "strong foundation program" pays special attention to the cultivation of interdisciplinary talents,and the curriculum standard of compulsory education proposes to allocate 10% of the curriculum for interdisciplinary learning,which puts forward higher requirements for the quality of middle school math teacher.In recent years,the state has put forward more new requirements for teachers' quality in many policy documents.At present,basic education is entering a new round of curriculum reform,and it is more urgent to improve teachers' quality,especially the practical demands of improving teachers' teaching ability.Therefore,reconstructing the structure of middle school math teachers' teaching ability has a strong theoretical value and practical significance.This research mainly attempts to solve the following problems:(1)excavating the new elements of middle school math teachers' teaching abilit;(2)constructing the structure of middle school maht teachers' teaching ability based on interdisciplinary perspective.Based on the previous research results,this study preliminarily constructs the teaching ability structure of middle school math teachers by combing the previous research literature and the relevant policy documents issued by the state.Then,taking the expert consultation group composed of teaching researcher of middle school and experts in the field of higher education teacher education and basic education as the investigation object,the Delphi method is used to obtain the experts' opinions on the teaching ability structure constructed by the author.Through the analysis and collation of their opinions,the teaching ability structure of middle school math teachers based on interdisciplinary perspective is finally constructed,and the training subjection of middle school math teachers' teaching ability is put forward.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)According to the analysis of existing literature and relevant policy documents,it is concluded that the teaching ability of middle school math teachers include following new elements: teaching innovation ability,educational ability,interdisciplinary teaching ability,the ability to create interdisciplinary teaching situation and interdisciplinary understanding and practice ability.(2)This paper constructs the teaching ability structure of middle school math teachers based on interdisciplinary perspective which includes two first level indicators,six second level indicators and 20 third level indicators.Two first level indicators are general teaching ability and specific subject teaching ability;six second level indicators are teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability,teaching evaluation ability,mathematics teaching ability,scientific inquiry teaching ability and interdisciplinary teaching ability.This study puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of middle school math teachers' teaching ability:(1)Suggestions on pre service training of middle school math teachers' teaching ability.From the perspective of training units,comprehensive universities and normal universities should update the curriculum and training methods according to the needs of the times.In terms of curriculum setting,teachers' ethics training courses can be added,which include teachers' ethics training,how to implement moral education courses and moral education ability related courses in teaching,and in terms of training methods,infiltration training method can be adopted From the perspective of pre service teachers,pre service teachers should enrich their knowledge and ability structure.(2)Suggestions on the post service training of math teachers in middle schools.The school should innovate the training mode,mainly including the "cooperative teaching" training mode and the "teaching video" training mode;the education authorities can adopt the "targeted" training mode;the in-service teachers should adhere to the concept of lifelong learning.On the whole,the characteristics of this study is to excavate the new elements of the teaching ability of middle school math teachers,and construct the teaching ability structure of middle school math teachers based on interdisciplinary perspective,which has a guiding role for the development of current math teachers.
