Research On The Development Of Rural Compulsory Education In Mianzhu City

The cause of rural compulsory education relates to the quality of rural population,agricultural modernization and sustainable development of rural economy.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the CPC points out that "Implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education and strengthening the talent support for modernization" reflects that education is the livelihood of the people,but also the major plan of the Party and the country.The development of rural education is related to the happy life of farmers,more related to the overall development of the cause of the Party and the country.As a major education county and agricultural county,Mianzhu attaches great importance to education,but due to the restrictions of economic conditions,there are still some problems in the process of carrying out rural compulsory education.The author takes the rural compulsory education in Mianzhu city as the research object,according to the logical framework of raising questions,analyzing problems and solving problems,analyzes the current situation of the rural compulsory education in Mianzhu City,analyzes the existing practical problems,and draws advanced experience in the development of rural compulsory education at home and abroad,discusses the specific measures to improve the level of rural compulsory education in Mianzhu City.In order to promote the development of rural compulsory education in Mianzhu City,help solve the problem of "three farmers",so as to drive the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development of social economy in Mianzhu City.Under the guidance of education equity theory,urban and rural balanced development theory,public goods theory and human capital theory,this thesis uses literature research method,interview method,questionnaire method and comparative analysis method to study and analyze the current situation and existing problems of rural compulsory education in Mianzhu City.It is found that the rural compulsory education in Mianzhu City currently exists uneven distribution of educational funds,lack of supporting infrastructure,lack and waste of rural educational resources,difficult control of residential schools,school management level lags behind,unreasonable structure of teachers,large mobility of teachers,rural students decreasing year by year,uneven structure of urban and rural students.The lack of care and effective management of left-behind children in rural areas and the polarization of parents’ educational concepts.Finally,in view of the problems existing in rural compulsory education in Mianzhu City,respectively from the government investment,school management,construction of teachers,education of left-behind children and other four aspects are put forward: We should rationally allocate funds for rural education,build standardized rural schools,optimize the distribution of schools,strengthen the management of students in rural housing system,give play to the leading role of principals,establish a system of strong schools leading weak schools and a mutual help mechanism,improve supporting systems to increase the enthusiasm of teachers to flow,improve the welfare benefits of rural teachers,and improve the management system of rural teachers.Improve the rules and regulations to promote the professional development of teachers,retain rural students,solve the education problems of left-behind children,change the concept of education 13 specific suggestions.
