| In the process of continuous development and progress of society,more stringent requirements have been put forward for the cultivation of talents.In this context,the educational concept of "key competency" has emerged as the times require.In 2014,with the official definition of "key competency" made by the Ministry of Education,in just nine years,the cultivation of key competency has become a major trend in China’s basic education reform.Some scholars have proposed that school-based curriculum development from the perspective of key competency is not only an inevitable requirement to adapt to current basic education curriculum reform,but also a necessary path to implement key competency in education and teaching.Therefore,this study is based on the concept of key competency,relying on the rich cultural resources of Tongguan,to develop Chinese school-based courses that are suitable for local students to learn and have local cultural characteristics,striving to build a systematic and complete Chinese school-based curriculum system for Tongguan local culture,in order to enrich the theories and cases of Chinese school-based curriculum development under the background of the concept of cultivating people with key competency,and integrate local cultural resources with education and teaching.Give full play to the educational function of culture,meet the needs of students’ language learning and cultural interests,enhance their cultural self-confidence,implement the inheritance of culture into practical teaching,and find a way to root out key competency.Based on the above analysis,this study is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which is the research background of this paper.Summarized and organized the current research on key competencies and school-based curriculum development in the academic community,and established the research content and methods of this article.The second part is an overview of the development of local cultural and Chinese school-based curriculum in Tongguan from the perspective of key competency.Define relevant concepts and outline the feasibility and principles to be followed in the development of local cultural and Chinese school-based curriculum in Tongguan from the perspective of key competencies.The third part is a survey and analysis of the current situation of the development and implementation of local cultural and Chinese school-based curriculum in Tongguan from the perspective of key competency.Interviews and surveys were conducted on teachers and students of A Junior High School in Tongguan County,summarizing and analyzing the implementation of key competencies and the current situation of schoolbased curriculum development and implementation in A Junior High School,in order to gain experience and inspiration.The fourth part is the implementation of Tongguan local cultural and Chinese school-based curriculum from the perspective of key competency.Introduced the organization and management of the curriculum,provided implementation suggestions from the perspectives of schools,teachers,and students,and provided specific teaching designs for example explanation based on seven major topics.The fifth part is the implementation and evaluation of Tongguan local cultural and Chinese school-based curriculum from the perspective of key competency.Introduced the organization and management of the curriculum,proposed implementation suggestions from the perspectives of schools,teachers,and students,and wrote specific teaching designs based on seven major topics for example explanation.And analyzed the principles that curriculum evaluation should follow,and proposed specific methods of curriculum evaluation from the perspectives of teachers and students.The sixth part is a summary and reflection on the development of local cultural and Chinese school-based curriculum in Tongguan from the perspective of key competency.Summarized the effectiveness of school-based curriculum development and proposed development suggestions based on the experience of school-based curriculum development for reference.The seventh part is the conclusion,which summarizes and elaborates on this study.This article mainly analyzes the important significance of the development of local cultural and Chinese school-based curriculum in Tongguan from the perspective of key competency,and the areas that need to be improved and improved in this study. |
