Research purposes: Mobility is one of the basic abilities in basketball.Scientific training methods and appropriate exercise load can effectively improve basketball mobility.In this paper,aiming at the group of women’s basketball in ordinary colleges and universities,by introducing the new training method of SAQ training method,it can stimulate the interest in training and improve the ability of basketball movement.They were trained for 12 weeks,and the differences between SAQ training method and traditional training were compared and analyzed,and the reasons for the differences were analyzed to verify the effectiveness of SAQ training method on the movement ability of women’s basketball in ordinary colleges and universities.The research results provide a theoretical basis for improving the mobile training of women’s basketball in ordinary colleges and universities,and provide new ideas for the development of scientific and systematic training methods.Research methods: This paper adopts the research methods such as literature data method,expert interview method,Delphi method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,etc.,to 26 members of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications ordinary girls’ basketball team for 12 weeks,3 times a week.The experimental intervention was divided into experimental group and control group according to the homogeneity of the position on the field.The experimental group adopted the SAQ training method,and the control group adopted the traditional training method.Before and after the experiment,all subjects were tested for 8 mobility ability indicators,the data within the group before and after the experiment were tested by paired samples t test,and the data between groups were tested by independent samples t test.-Research results:(1)The experimental group data was compared within the group.After 12 weeks of training,there were 5 tests in the experimental group: Illinois agility running,cross quadrant jumping,"T" test run,Nelson’s choice test,and four-line reentry running.There are statistically significant differences in the three tests of 30 meters,Nebraska test and basketball pace comprehensive test,but there is no significant difference.(2)Compared with the data in the control group,after 12 weeks of training,the performance of the three tests of Illinois agility running,30 meters and four-line reentry running in the control group was significantly improved,and other test data were not statistically significant.(3)After 12 weeks of experimental intervention,compared with the control group,the experimental group had a significant improvement in the cross quadrant jump,"T" test and Nelson’s choice test.,in the comprehensive test of four-line reentry running and basketball pace,the improvement effect is not significant.Conclusion: The traditional training method has a positive effect on the regular running ability of basketball players’ mobility,but compared with the SAQ training method,the SAQ training method has a more comprehensive impact on the movement ability,reflecting the ability of body coordination and control,the ability to start quickly,and the ability to recover.The improvement in the ability to quickly respond to signals is even more significant.Experiments show that it is feasible to apply SAQ training to the daily training of women’s basketball in ordinary colleges and universities.It is very effective for improving training enthusiasm and attention and thus improving the training effect.It is recommended that coaches add appropriate SAQ training content to physical fitness training...
