Empirical Research For Functional Strength Training Make A Difference To Male Basketball Player’s Field Goal Percentage

Abstract/Summary:
This paper studied the impact of functional strength training for men’s basketball players shooting. The test objects were subjected to conventional strength training duration was 16 weeks of training, the training frequency to three times a week, the experimental group trained mainly based strength training and functional strength training combined, and training content in the control group mainly. After the end of the experiment, athletes were the experimental and control groups of basic fitness level, shooting and other tests, test results and data obtained were analyzed and compared. The results are as follows:Studies using the experimental group performed 16 weeks 9 functional strength training,9 controls were traditional strength training for 16 weeks, and finally from both horizontal and vertical directions two experiments comparing before and after one minute jump shot,dribble and spot-up jumpers trip jumper hit a low rate, in order to verify the actual effect of functional strength training. The results are as follows:1.16 weeks after functional strength training, accomplishments and positive Shoupao Qiu anti Shoupao Qiu performance basketball players, than before the experiment has significantly increased; the absolute magnitude of the power back on growth and value growth rate significantly of the control group; and lower limbs Mogao vertical jump performance growth rate and the growth rate compared with the control group showed a very significant difference. Show functional strength training can more effectively improve the specific strength of basketball players.2.16 weeks after functional strength training, basketball players on the stability index manually, using the traditional strength training in the experimental group and functional strength training to improve the stability of the combination showed a significant margin, but significantly better than the control group; the finger the grip of the specified accuracy, using traditional experimental finger strength training and functional strength training combined grip accuracy is also significantly improved.3.16 weeks after functional strength training, free throw rate value and growth value after the experiment to see, no significant changes between the two groups, but on spot-up jumpers hit rate test indicators, to the experimental group was significant higher than that; after a minute of two comparative experiments jumper results can be found in the experimental group one minute jumper scores increase rate was significantly higher(p <0.05), shows that the traditional strength combined with functional strength training athletes for a jumper minute rate more effective.
