| Vocational training in secondary vocational schools is a practical activity to fulfill social obligations and enrich the functions of running schools,and it is an important organizational part of the construction of a modern education system.In September 2020,the Ministry of Education and other nine departments issued the vocational education quality culture optimal action plan(2020-2023),has been clear about the vocational colleges "in accordance with the education training,length,internal and external requirements,for students and all the members of the society to carry out vocational training",academic education and education training and educational pattern further emphasized.In recent years,industrial innovation and labor force structure reform,the overall social demand for vocational training has increased,and the number of vocational training conducted by secondary vocational schools has increased significantly,but there are still deficiencies in secondary vocational training,and it is urgent to optimize the quality of training practice in resource integration,teacher management,enrollment and evaluation.Based on the evaluation model of Kirkpatrick’s training program,this study is divided into five parts around the problems and countermeasures of vocational training in secondary vocational schools.The first part is the theoretical overview,from the perspective of Kirkpatrick’s model and performance analysis,elaborated the basic characteristics,main content and theoretical basis of vocational training in secondary vocational schools.The second part is the analysis of the applicability of Kirkpatrick’s model in vocational training in secondary vocational schools,clarifying the main position of secondary vocational schools as the performance subject in the training activities,analyzing the natural mission as the organization subject and the basic compliance of the performance subject,and further clarifying the performance objectives of the subject and object in the training practice.The third part is the investigation and analysis of the status quo of vocational training in secondary vocational schools.First,based on the basic framework of Kirkpatrick’s model,the questionnaire was designed and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by SPSS;Second,the analysis of the questionnaire data of vocational training in secondary vocational schools were the low learning satisfaction of trainees,the low behavior conversion rate of training transfer and the effective output of training activities.The fourth part is to support the analysis dimension of performance technical factors and explore the reasons for the problems in secondary vocational training: the external support level,the market advantage of secondary vocational training to be explored,the substantive policy is lacking;the working environment level,the limited training facility resources,the lack of system construction within the organization;the work process level,the research of the training project cycle is insufficient,the training method is solidified;the worker level,the human resources are insufficient,and the ability structure of trainers is uneven.The fifth part proposes the optimization of secondary vocational training from four aspects: multiple subject support,strengthening the external support of secondary vocational training;various resources,improve the working environment of secondary vocational training;the organization and teaching,organize the working process of secondary vocational training;supervision and incentive,strengthen the management of secondary vocational training workers. |
