Enterprise scale is expanding rapidly with the development of economic. There is absolutely a need for mature channel, which can train more excellent talents to strengthen the competitiveness of the company,and provide a larger platform for staff development to improve employee engagement at the same time. Enterprise training is playing an increasingly important role on the base of above. The projects of Corporate University and Internal Trainer are appearing constantly. In this case, they continually stressed on how to provide better training for employees, but then ignored a crucial issue: training assessment requirements. The goal of the series training provided by the enterprises is to improve performance. So it is just as important as training that chooses the right way of training evaluation to measure the result of the training.This paper is a case study. It takes PPT presentation skills training in a foreign company as a case study and analyzes the current situation of training evaluation, based on the Kirkpatrick model. The evaluation form is single and the most frequently used method is questionnaire. Besides, the evaluation process is not complete. They can only carry out the first two levels of assessment. They rarely, if ever, conduct the third and fourth level assessment. It explores a practical way of Kirkpatrick model by starting from the actual. In the first level, there is a learner satisfaction survey by Questionnaires. Different from the data analysis method commonly used, measuring customer satisfaction by the calculation of weighted averages on the base of AHP. In the second level, assess the result by comparing the PPT report accomplished by learner before and after training. In the third level, design an action plan sheet named "531" to know the behavioral change. In the fourth level, obtain the currency gain and intangible benefits through the PPT training with the method of interview.It turns out that some satisfying results have been made by this professional PPT training through Kirkpatrick’s four evaluations. Learners think highly of this training. They can apply what they learned to daily work and give some suggestions to their workmates. All these bring about good influence to the entire company. The innovation of this thesis is measuring customer satisfaction by the calculation of weighted averages on the base of AHP and making action plan as the third level assessment method, which import a new method into the third level. "531" action plan is very simple and easy to implement. It not only carried out a complete Kirkpatrick’s four evaluation firstly, but also enriched assessment method. It plays a very important role in methodologies and practices for training assessment.
