With the rapid development of secondary vocational education,how to improve the teaching quality of vocational education is increasingly concerned.As a key link in the teaching of secondary vocational education,the function of training teaching will directly affect the quality of secondary vocational education and the achievement of talent training objectives.On the center of a real work task,this paper constructs the system of practical teaching design and practice teaching,which explores the problems of practical teaching and tries to put forward solutions.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature and action research.Literature method is mainly used to collect and sort out the theoretical basis of information training teaching,mainly including the connotation and characteristics,ideas and methods,mode process and effect evaluation,and introduces the mode process of information-based practical teaching design in detail.And design three specific teaching cases from three aspects that are the pre teaching analysis,teaching strategy design,teaching design reflection.Action research was used to implement the teaching,during which investigation and classroom observation were used to further understand the students’ training situation.This research has certain significance to further improve the theory of practical teaching design and guide the practical teaching practice in secondary vocational schools.The main research results are as follows:(1)Simple and basic tasks with low technical content can also cultivate students’professional ability,but it is difficult to cultivate the emotional attitude and values in respect of dedication,will,etc.in the process of practical teaching,with the deepening of students’familiarity with work tasks,students are easy to produce "job burnout",without initial freshness and enthusiasm.In this process,teachers need to artistically resolve the "burnout".This study found that positive reinforcement"honorary titles"can fully mobilize students’subjective initiative,and play a very good auxiliary role for students to successfully finish practical training tasks.And students will become more professional in the later stage of learning more difficult tasks.(2)The development and utilization of information digital resources fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students.The traditional training teaching conditions are limited,the training means are simple,the task presentation method is not innovative,the resources are not sufficient,and the training conditions are single.So,students’ learning enthusiasm is not high.But now the information technology means enrich the students’ learning methods,return the learning autonomy to the students,and the students can study at any time and place.In addition,in order to meet the learning needs,some students actively tap resources to achieve self-development.(3)Information training teaching provides convenience for teachers to create"situation".Situational is an important principle and concept of practical teaching.In the information-based practical teaching,abundant resources can help teachers find what they need in a short time and build "situation".Teachers can put more energy on teaching design and have the courage to innovate.It can be said that in the information-based practical teaching,convenient information resources provide the possibility for teachers to create vivid situations,innovate teaching methods and teaching organization forms.The innovation of this study is:To explore the general rules of cultivating high skilled and high-quality talents in practical training;The teaching design of information-based practical training is carried out with people as complete people,and the knowledge of working process is emphasized;The development and utilization of digital resources through time and space constraints;And based on the real task,create the working situation,promote the maximum development of students’ professional and comprehensive quality.
