With the development of scientific technology and deeping of the economicreform, the agriculture economic has taken a great change in industrial structuremanagement mode. The development of economy integration and labor efficiencyimprovement urge narrowing down the urban-rural areas’ gaps. The way of improvemigrant workers’ technology in order to elevate theirs employment and life hasaroused the extensive attention of all society. How to provide employment trainingfor millions migrant workers, to give full play to the resource of the rural, is a urgentstrategic problem to be solved.This paper use comparative research method, literature method, questionnairemethod and so on---for the example of Qian’an vocational school---in a moresystematic research on migrant workers’ training model. First reviewed migrantworkers’ training. This article gives the definition of ‘migrant worker’ and ‘migrantworker training’ as well as the explanations of its value and character. Then analyzedthe migrant workers’ training model in Qian’an vocational school, and discussed itsbasic situation and outstanding problems. At last concluded a migrant workers’training model of Qian’an and proposed some strategies.Migrant worker’s training model in Qian’an mainly classified training object anddemand. For the Cenozoic migrant worker’s used “Order Form+Diploma Education”training model and adult farmer “School+Company+Farmer”. School adopt differenttraining modes by different difficulty of training requirements. For instance, forcommon training adopt “Training Followed by Teacher+Qualifications Training”model, for high design requirement and great technical difficulties training withvarious models. The comprehensive evaluation showed that Qian’an vocational school’s training model should be further optimized. It mainly including overallplanning training and perfect pluralism investment system for migrant workers ingovernment, strengthen cooperation between schools and enterprises&constructionof teaching staff in school, build stereo course for training and integrate service foremployment, extend training field of migrant workers and so on.
