Under the premise of the work of excavation,collation,research and improvement of martial arts formulated by the National Physical Education Commission in 1954,the 24-style Taijiquan absorbed the essence of Yang ’s Taijiquan in 1956 to retain the original style of Taijiquan and integrate it into the three styles of Xingyiquan and Baguaquan.A kind of lingering,rhythmic and generous boxing.Teenagers are the main carrier of martial arts heritage,so schools to carry out martial arts teaching heritage is very important.With the development of the state’s excavation,inheritance,development and protection of martial arts,more martial arts elements have been added to the campus sports work,which has been strongly supported by the state.More middle school physical education classes have begun to try to set up simplified 24-style Taijiquan teaching content to promote students ’ physical and mental health,cultivate students ’ conscious exercise,self-supervision consciousness habits,and promote martial arts inheritance.In the new era,good teaching methods are becoming more and more important for teachers ’ teaching efficiency and students ’ learning effect.This paper will be based on the situational teaching method and apply it to the simplified 24-style Taijiquan practical teaching of middle school students ’ martial arts courses,so as to provide some reference for the further promotion of national traditional sports in middle school physical education.The simplified 24-style Taijiquan situational teaching in middle school physical education is the research object of this paper.The research methods include literature data method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,and other research methods.Based on the analysis of the internal mechanism of situational teaching and the current situation of simplified 24-style Taijiquan teaching,a systematic simplified 24-style Taijiquan situational teaching scheme is constructed.Through experimental comparison,the situational teaching effect is analyzed.The following conclusions are drawn :1.The application of situational teaching method in the middle school martial arts classroom teaching simplified 24-style taijiquan influence on middle school students ’ interest in learning shows : the application of situational teaching in the teaching process of simplified24-style taijiquan,students ’ learning initiative is good,full of learning emotion,strong sense of participation.The application of situational teaching in martial arts classroom can better promote students ’ love of martial arts courses.Improve students ’ enthusiasm for sports participation.2.The application of situational teaching methods in middle school martial arts classes Simplify the impact of 24-style Taijiquan on middle school students ’ mastery of martial arts skills.The results show that traditional conventional teaching methods,compared with situational teaching methods,enable students to better understand the principles and connotations of teaching movements,better grasp the rhythm and trajectory of technical movements,and be more skilled in ensuring the accuracy of movements.On the other hand,the situational teaching method is more helpful for students to remember the teaching content,especially in the memory of the action name.This is conducive to improving the quality and efficiency of the whole process of teaching and learning.3.The influence of the application of situational teaching method in the middle school martial arts classroom teaching to simplify the 24-style Taijiquan on the attitude and emotion of middle school students ’ martial arts shows that the students ’ participation enthusiasm is obviously improved in the practical process of learning and exploring the simplified 24-style Taijiquan under the situational teaching method,and the students ’ master position in the learning process is more reflected,and the thinking mood is fully mobilized.Compared with the traditional way,whether in class or in other traditional martial arts training,students are willing to learn more psychological satisfaction.The desire for knowledge exploration is stronger.This contributes to the different regional characteristics of different school martial arts,as well as the protection and inheritance of Chinese traditional martial arts.4.The application of situational teaching method in middle school martial arts classroom teaching to simplify the influence of 24-style Taijiquan on middle school students ’understanding of martial arts connotation and culture shows that : compared with the traditional way of teaching,students in the situational teaching method can be relatively short time to understand and preliminary understanding,martial arts content in culture,morality,philosophy,etiquette knowledge,etc.More effectively broaden the students ’ martial arts vision.In school martial arts teaching,cultural transmission and spiritual transmission are important embodiments of martial arts value.The combination of a series of scenes constructed in situational teaching and teaching content has always revolved around the basic value of martial arts.Students ’ martial arts literacy is better improved under this teaching mode. |
