Junior high school, the women’s800-meter run middle school sports teaching outline is the compulsory teaching material, through teaching800meters, not only can develop the students’ endurance quality, enhance the cardiopulmonary function, also can cultivate students to bear hardships and stand hard work, indomitable will quality.But in recent years, our country junior high school girls endurance quality declining, investigate its reason, is mainly due to the long time practice, the800-meter run energy is used up big, the teaching method of the single, girl prone to fear and tired of the psychological, these factors seriously affect the teaching effect.Therefore, this article in the800m teaching in the teaching material content combined with a variety of situations, to change the way to simply accept the teacher to teach learning, arouse the students’interest in active participation in the800-meter run teaching, thus developing junior middle school girls’ endurance quality, strengthen students’physique.This article mainly USES the literature material law, questionnaire survey method, experimental method and mathematical statistics, combined with the level four students’ physical and mental characteristics and rules of sports teaching, research teaching of junior middle school girls,800meters, the introduction of situational teaching method, comparing to the traditional teaching and situational teaching through the experiment, to explore the situation of teaching for students to study the influence of the800-meter run, summarized the value of the situational teaching model, practical result provides reference for the reform of physical education in our country.The main conclusions are as follows:1, the situational teaching method effectively inspire the students to participate in endurance running consciousness and initiative, and satisfy the needs of different students and the development, improve the students’ interest in sports participation, active and independent learning, reduce the students’ interest in the negative.2, situational teaching has broken the traditional physical education teaching evaluation way, students can according to the teaching situation of the set teaching task to complete, operable teaching design, to realize the sports teaching goal.3, situational teaching according to different teaching goal, the students in teaching and learning interaction in the presupposition of the teaching mission, fully show themselves, improve the students’ team consciousness and ability to adapt.4, situational teaching improves the students participate in sports values, change the physical exercise attitude, stimulate the students’motivation to participate in sports activities, and form a sustainable behavior.5, the experimental group compared to the control group, four psychological factors appear obviously improved, with exercise attitude and exercise sustained behavioral intention and behavior of the correlation coefficient is the largest, and ultimately to influence sports behavior.6, situational teaching experimental classes of students’ cardiopulmonary function significantly better than that in comparative classes, students experimental classes of students before and after the experiment the cardiopulmonary function of significant growth, using situational teaching method, can effectively improve students physical fitness, the development of students’ endurance quality. |
